Damaged Luggage
I like the convenience of lugless but I hate the fact that my luggage got damaged. My bag I've only used once wheel once hanging off when delivered.

Damage like this is very rare, as your luggage should always be handled with care by our carriers. However, we do recommend boxing your luggage to prevent wear and tear.
Do NOT get the insurance
Absolute nightmare of a customer support team. The service is fine but the insurance part is a scam. Almost every kind of damage is not covered in the insurance and they say it's in the fine print. DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE, YOU WON'T GET A PENNY IN COVERAGE ANYWAYS.
