Lost an entire box, terrible support, and hidden post-charges.
Zero stars if I could. They completely lost my entire box during my move, and the entire customer support experience was a nightmare.
Endless finger-pointing between LugLess and FedEx, zero actual accountability, and terrible communication. To make matters worse, their billing is full of hidden post-charges, and when it came to refunds, they even refused to return the pickup fee for the shipment they never delivered.
Do not trust them with your belongings. Save yourself the stress and avoid LugLess at all costs.

As stated in our legal terms: https://www.lugless.com/legal/terms/ the pickup fee is nonrefundable, as your box was picked up by the carrier. Our team processed a refund for the transit cost of your missing box. For the claim, we provided the maximum payout you can receive with the Basic Support Plan chosen at booking. We always suggest purchasing value protection equal to what you are shipping as a precaution for situations like this!

Easy process and money saver
This was an easy process, from entering the information about what was being shipped online, to taking the boxes to Fedex and having digital labels printe, to the boxes arriving timely and without issue. And I saved money over shipping the boxes any other way. I recommend Lugless.

We used LugLess to transport a suitcase that didn't fit in our car. The whole system from creating an account, figuring out the system, creating labels, receiving texts for drop off, tracking the shipping to returning home with the suitcase on our porch was seamless! Such an easy solution!

Careless handling of luggage
All my boxes came in broken and the mini Walmart box that contains my daughters books,pictures and Bible was missing. The box was labeled as "Mimi's books".
