A 10 out of 10 experience!
Everything about my experience with Luggage Forward was ideal! Website was clear and straightforward, all communication was excellent, paperwork/forms were delivered promptly and were easy to understand, pickup from a foreign hotel was a non-issue, delivery to our home address was ahead of schedule, and the bag we shipped was in good condition when it arrived. A 10 out of 10!

I had high hopes that using Luggage…
I had high hopes that using Luggage Forward would be a positive and especially convenient experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Our luggage was delivered 10 days after disembarking in Vancouver. Apparently customs confiscated a manual makeup foundation bottle. No pressurized container, just a manual pump to dispense the foundation. I kept checking with luggage forward who did absolutely nothing to facilitate this issue/process. Nor did I receive any compensation for this inconvenience. So, what I had expected to be an easy, convenient experience was the opposite of that! Needless to say, I will not use this service ever again.

Terrible Experience!
I’ve used the service when I went to Barcelona and it was great. For a trip to Seattle, whenever I had questions I got stuck in an endless loop of AI assistants and never got a real person to call back. While the cost to Seattle seemed high, I booked anyway, only to discover when I was there that the service was one way. It was totally unintuitive when booking. Granted, it was my incorrect assumption, but the round trip cost was ridiculously expensive. I ended checking bags for the return trip. With the pain of AI, no live callbacks and confusing booking, I’m done with Luggage Forward. I doubt they care. Traveler beware!
