Flawless luggage delivery! So happy to not "shlep" through an airport. Why didn't I do this years ago?

Great service. Easy set up. Hong Kong ti FL. Arrived in just 5 days.

Luggage Forward is always on time when they state date and time.
We will always use them for our major travels in the US and abroad.

Our trip was canceled & one call and our bags were on their way back. Very good customer service!!

Our luggage on the way out was picked up on time and delivered to our cruise ship before we even boarded. On the way back we were able to drop off our luggage in the cruise ship terminal. It made it home before we did. Booking the service I was able to speak with a real person, not a chatbot.

Everything went as planned with time to spare. Luggage did stay with FedEx at customs a couple of days but LuggaeForward took care of sending them what they needed (in Hungarian) no less. Not sure I could have handled if I’d just booked FedEx on my own.

The bag arrived as expected. It was later picked up and returned. Tracking the whole way.

Everything was fine. The only problem was that were not sufficient directions when you got off of the ship as to whether you were supposed to find an agent and identify your Luggage or whether it was just going to go. I called because there was no agent and the organization found my luggage and shipped it to me. But it was not automatic.

Easy to schedule and process worked expertly. My luggage was delivered early and in perfect condition. I had a change in my itinerary and costumer service responded quickly and adjusted my luggage drop off. I have been very pleased and will definitely use Luggage Forward again!

this was the first time I had used luggage forward. The instructions for packing the suitcase were straightforward. The time slot for collecting the suitcase from my home was actioned within the time frame specified.
I was informed when the suitcase arrived at its destination by email giving me a sense of ease. Everything went according to plan and I will be using luggage forward again.

They let me know when they picked it up and followed up every step of the way.

Have used Luggage Forward in the past. I really like the ability to follow the luggage movement on their website as transporting luggage via tracer pods outside the US is not permitted.
Was disappointed in luggage pickup on trip 2. The party delegated to do the luggage pick up was late. Had to find alternative transport to the airport.

Luggage was picked up outside of our front door (we didn’t need to be home), and was in our stateroom when we arrived, just as promised. The evening before we disembarked ,we left it outside of our stateroom. It was delivered to us a few days after we arrived home. We were texted at each step so we knew where our luggage was. We were even called at the airport to tell us our luggage had been picked up from the ship, so we needn’t worry. Customer service is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Fantastic service.( If you’ve ever had to drag a heavy suitcase over long stretches of cobblestones in Europe, this service -although pricey, is well worth every penny.)
