Our Newphew gifted us with this wonderful service. It was so nice not to have to hassle with bags going to port. I can’t recommend it enough. It was seamless from our house to ship. Good job!!!!

Everything was in our stateroom when we arrived and in good shape. After the cruise, the drop off was easy to find, and our luggage arrived home three days early.

Again. I had some technical trouble initially completing the booking online but two ladies in customer service helped me. They were Kind, patient and solved my issue. The correct paperwork was sent to me on the ship. The pickup from my Oceania cruise was super easy and my luggage arrived in perfect condition before I got home. Highly recommend!!!!

Picked up when scheduled and delivered when scheduled. Suitcase and contents were fine! Wish I could’ve had luggage forwarded back to my home but very expensive to do both ways.

Honestly the worst experience ever. I wouldn't trust this company with a bag of trash. They never picked up my bag, and in spite of more than a dozen calls and emails, I never got a call back and eventually was only able to speak with their AI agent. No one calls back. Their customer team does not return emails or calls. But they did go ahead and have the time to send me a 10% off coupon after my tenth call.

The best part? My luggage is in another city and I'm headed out to buy a new suitcase and clothes for my next trip because they are both incapable and unwilling to do the ONE JOB that they have. And since they don't return messages, I don't think I'll ever see the money that I paid for this service.

Absolute trash. The disrespect for their paying customers is absolutely stunning.

Our luggage on the way out was picked up on time and delivered to our cruise ship before we even boarded. On the way back we were able to drop off our luggage in the cruise ship terminal. It made it home before we did. Booking the service I was able to speak with a real person, not a chatbot.

Everything went as planned with time to spare. Luggage did stay with FedEx at customs a couple of days but LuggaeForward took care of sending them what they needed (in Hungarian) no less. Not sure I could have handled if I’d just booked FedEx on my own.
