The work was carried out in…professional way 1st class in every way
The work was carried out in professional way, taking care to prepare the building prior to proceeding, its great to see workers taking pride in there work and cleaning up as the work proceeded, the roughcaster Jim bob matched the rough casting and his work was excellent and tidy, and Brian prepped the building well prior to spraying the coating and examined there work to ensure it was a 1st class finish, all in all a lovely job and I would thoroughly recommend LTI GROUP if you are having building prepared and coated with waterproof coating, WELL DONE LTI.

A Quality Job
The information provided on the lead up to the start of the project could be improved as the standard start time advice notice issued was very vague and necessitated a call to the Lti office for clarification.
However, once the work was commenced John, the leading hand on the project, was most informative and kept me fully updated on progress and his ongoing plans.
The finished work appears very good and a number of people have commented on how smart my house roof now looks.
John and his onsite team were polite and helpful during the project and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The finished article is superb. The staff carrying out the work were friendly ,polite and caring. I would recommend this company particularly with staff like this. I have to say the initial survey was very clear and the thorough. The back up from the company office with paper work has been excellent. No problem in saying yes to Lti.

Excellent company with first class personnel
I found everyone I met from this company to be courteous, helpful and to go the extra mile to offer service.
From the cleaning of the roughcast to the final coat of paint, everything was carefully and well done. The exterior of my house now looks like new and I was impressed with how clean everyone left the property.
A particular shout out for Peter and Mel who were friendly and chatty and worked so hard to suit my requirements.
I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

A company I would use again
Finished to a high standard. Robbie and Ryan worked hard all day and we're great ambassadors for LTI.
One or two wee issues all corrected.
If I can save up enough I might get the roof done in the future.

Hello Mr & Mrs Young,
Absolutely thrilled to hear that your work has been finished to a high standard and that you are satisfied with your transformation.
Fantastic to hear that Robbie and Ryan worked hard whilst on site and that all issues were corrected, that's exactly what we want to happen.
We'd love to do your roof if the time comes up and thank you so much for trusting us with your transformation!
LTi should train agents to observe "No cold-calling" zones
Our crescent is a no-cold-calling zone, signed as such at both access points. Your agents Davey & Gary just chapped on our elderly residents doors in spite of this and in spite of most houses displaying stickers "We do not buy at the door". Your rep Gary told me "there is no law against this". However he fails to recognise that this is incredibly bad PR for the company to disregard residents wishes. More than 2 of my neighbours with mobility and health issues were disturbed, which could have been avoided if they just popped a leaflet in the mailbox instead of cold-calling.
LTi completed a job in the neighbourhood and then destroy the goodwill of our 60 members by cold calling in a no-cold-calling official zone. Our residents association has a whatsApp group of the 60 households and LTi as a result is now portrayed as a rogue trader.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns, and please accept our sincere apologies for the distress caused by our recent visit.
We take community feedback very seriously and are genuinely sorry to hear that our team’s actions upset residents, particularly those who are elderly or have health concerns.
We appreciate you highlighting this, we never want to be seen as a nuisance or, worse, a rogue trader — and we’re disappointed to have left that impression. We value goodwill and community relationships highly and hope we can earn back some trust over time through transparency and improved practices.
Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to do better. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out directly at: 01506 243145

A trusted reliable company
I put alot of trust in this company due to me being a novice regarding this type of area. I had thought about getting the roughcast on the house completely renewed but after listening and talking to sales consultant Euan who spoke very passionately about the process and the benefits of this product I decided to go ahead with some reminal work on the roughcast and then the bio and paint coating. Alistair and his young apprentice carried out the work extremely well, very professional and excellent workmanship. I am extremely happy with the result especially after changing my mind a few times on the colour. The LTI office were excellent at keeping me informed about the start date and were patient when I kept changing my mind on the colour. Overall I would recommend this company if you are considering this type of work.
