Despite very clearly having a ‘we don’t…
Despite very clearly having a ‘we don’t buy at the door’ sticker on the front door, about 10 days ago we had a pushy salesman at the door who wasn’t bothered by the fact that this is a no cold calling area. He thought it was fine to cold call because they were working on another house in the street.
This morning, I had another salesman call who was working with a second person. Despite being told this was a no cold calling area, they continued down the street disturbing people.
This is bordering on harassment. I would now never entertain using this company as they obviously have no regard for people’s stated preferences.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns, and please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and distress our recent visits have caused.
We take feedback from the community very seriously, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that our team’s actions have upset residents, especially in an area that clearly states no cold calling. This is not the experience we want to create for anyone.
Thank you for highlighting this. We never want to come across as a nuisance or, worse, as a company that ignores people’s boundaries. We are disappointed to have left that impression and are reviewing our approach to ensure this does not happen again. Respect for the community is extremely important to us, and we hope we can rebuild some trust through clearer communication and better practices.
We appreciate your honesty and the chance to address this. If you would like to discuss it further or offer more details, you are welcome to contact us directly at 01506 243145.
Rendering repainted by LTI
Just had my rendering completed by LTI and I'm delighted with the finish. Out house now stands out in the estate and looks brand new. Thanks to Ryan & Liam who were very professional and explained what was going to be happening throughout the whole process. No mess left when they were finished, and answered any questions I had. Very polite and knowledgeable. Hopefully people will see the completed work and will enquire for business.

Like getting a new house!
We engaged LTI Transformations to restore the rough cast surfaces of our house. Right from the start they explained the process thoroughly and clearly. When it came to doing the work, Peter and Mel were brilliant throughout. They appeared on time, set to work and were approachable and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much bother, and they did a professional job right to the end, including clearing up the site. We can't praise them too highly-great ambassadors for the company. We're delighted with the outcome - they've given us a new house!

Excellent service from start to finish. Cara Thomson explained the product clearly and efficiently. Aron and Mark did a brilliant job even moved pots and planters and returned them to their place and covered our driveway completely, when they left you would not have known they had been there. Would definitely recommend the company.

Very pleased with work done
Very pleased with work done. Roofers came and cleared the moss off the roof and cleaned it. They returned a week later and replaced pointing/broken slates one day returning the next day to apply the coating. Very pleasant workmen who left everything very clean and tidy and ensured all neighbouring vehicles were removed/protected during cleaning and spraying. Very pleased with final appearance and hoping it lasts. Kept informed at all stages in the process.
