Peter and Mel were first class with their professionalism and their communication with us about what they were doing. Ihave no problems with the work these guys did the reason I did not give 5 stars was the lack of communication from the office with regatds to when the work would be done. I realise that this is weather dependant but updates from the office would be much appreciated.

hi Johnny, thank you so much for your feedback and we are so glad that the transformation has met your expectations and that the team, including Peter and Mel made it such a positive experience.
Thank your feedback in terms of communication and we will definitely take this on board across the whole team to ensure communication is on point.
Once again thank you for your feedback!
A worthwhile investment.
We have just had work completed by Lti Transformations and are incredibly happy with the quality. The overall look of the finish and attention to detail is great.
We were initially visited by Marco who was very professional and friendly and quoted us a price. Following this our house was revisited by George who assessed all of the work needed. I think at this point a lot more work was needed on our old house that was initially thought. However, Lti sorted all of this with no impact to ourselves or our initial quote.
It took about 4/5 weeks to get started, a lot of that due to weather or other aspects, but timescales were made clear at the start and communication was good throughout. Chloe kept us really well informed and was always quick at replying to emails or queries.
Thomas and his team completing the rendering repairs were great, the work looks fantastic, they worked for about 5 days on our house and they even cleaned up the neighbour’s house and car from dust.
Daniel and Aidan from Lti completed the final stages of washing down and applying the coating. Again, can’t fault them. Really professional and friendly, even working through a heatwave. They kept us informed throughout and made sure to inform neighbours for the pressure washing etc. The quality of the finish speaks for itself, the house is looking fantastic, and this stage only took them a couple of days.
This was definitely a large investment, However, despite the cost it feels as if this will last well past the 15 year guarantee, so overall good value.

My Lti Transformations experience
We were very impressed from day1 with the standard of work carried out by Peter & his cohort Mel. The initial power washing of the gutters, facia boards & walls was great. The repairs to the roughcasting of house walls & garden wall went well & we were delighted with the "cottonwood' resin coatings to finish off the transformation.

External house wall transformation
We were looking for a company to do cleaning, repair and painting of our older cottage and after speaking with previous Lti customers we went with them.
Very pleased with the outcome, house is transformed and completed as we hoped. All staff were great, good customer service. The guys doing the work, mainly Elliot and Chris were hard workers, courteous and kept us informed. We would recommend this company.

Daniel and Aidan from LTI Ltd were very friendly and helpful and did a very good job painting the outside of our house, particularly as they had to work round an awkward dormer roof with a wasps nest!
Thanks lads, we’re very pleased with the work you both did.

A professional job by professional people.
From the moment I signed up to have the external house walls painted, I
became sceptical about the standard of workmanship which was to be expected.
My fears however have been allayed because the finished job has been carried out by professional people to a professional standard.
The personnel concerned, are all hardworking and dedicated individuals, who have a pleasant demeanour with a no nonsense approach to their work.
I will have no hesitation in recommending Lti Transformations to others for an outstanding job carried out.
Well done Lti.👏👏👏👏

Extreme house transformation
Daniel and Aidan are a credit to their trade and an obvious asset to the LTI group. From the initial bio wash down to the final finished product, they carried out each job professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. I would also like to heap praise on the Roughcast team led by James for their sterling work. Last but not least, many thanks to Marco for all his help and advice.

Charged for nothing.
We had a quotation for a new coating with LTI on 10/4/2025. The sales presentation was professional and we were quoted a price of £9556. We then paid a deposit of £3186. We were advised work would start within 4-6 weeks. We then had another call advising the work would actually likely start within 2-4 weeks. We then received a call around 6 weeks later advising there had been delays and they would be in touch in due course. In the meantime, we had a change of circumstances which meant we decided not to proceed. There has been absolutely no work done to our house at this stage but LTI have advised there would be an £840 charge for cancellation. No materials delivered, no work done and nearly £1k for the privilege of having no work done. Absolutely avoid

Hi Martyn,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. While no physical work had started, your deposit covered significant preparation costs — including a full site survey, admin time, and product allocation.
We remained within the estimated timeframe and were ready to proceed when you chose to cancel. The cancellation charge reflects only a portion of the actual costs incurred, not a penalty.
We always aim to be fair and transparent and are disappointed we couldn’t complete the project as agreed.

Great Job
Had our walls painted and are delighted with the result. They are looking great. Neil and Adam were very hard working and were very pleasant and professional. When the job was finished everything was left neat and tidy. There initially had been a slight problem with the roughcast but this was remedied very quickly and to our satisfaction. Full marks also to Liam in the office who was very helpful.

Each part of the process was carried out well & not too much mess. It's a very expensive thing to do to your house but if they are true to their 15 year guarantee then I believe it's worth it. It may not be part of their job but if they had fixed the various wires to the house it would have looked much better. Peter & Ryan were always here when they said and carried out their work professionally & were always polite & courteous.

We understand this kind of work is a significant investment, and we absolutely stand by our 15-year guarantee to give you long-term peace of mind.
Regarding the wires, we appreciate your feedback — while it’s not typically within our scope, it’s helpful to know how small finishing touches can impact the overall appearance, and we’ll certainly take this on board.
Thanks again for choosing us.

They ignore No Cold Calling notices.
Had a representative from LTI ring doorbell this morning despite a clear unmissable notice on door indicating that cold callers were unwelcome and that a return visit was a criminal offence. Admittedly the person left after being told that we weren't interested but he shouldn't have rang our bell in the first place. LTI need to educate their representatives.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for any frustration caused by our representative ringing your doorbell despite the notice.
While it’s possible the sign was unfortunately missed, we completely understand the importance of respecting homeowner preferences, and we treat this matter seriously. We’ve reminded our team to be especially mindful and thorough when approaching properties, particularly where signage is present.
Although we can’t undo the visit, please be assured that we’re committed to upholding respectful and responsible practices, and we’re reinforcing this across our team to help prevent any recurrence.
Thank you again for bringing it to our attention.

Great job by John and Sean
From initial sales to finished work, I cannot rate LTI highly enough. From Lauren in accounts, to Liam in the time scaling of the work and especially to John and Sean who carried out the bio spraying and painting of the house, a huge thank you. John and Sean were meticulous in making sure everything was protected, covered or moved away while doing the work and the level of finish was excellent. Would highly recommend them both. Thank you LTI for a great job done at a very reasonable cost. My neighbours have already commented on how good it looks!
