Neil and Ash merit this 5 star review. Friendly, approachable and nothing was a hassle for them. Their workmanship on our property was to a very high standard. Neil’s attention to detail was on point.
Unfortunately I need to post the
following which would bring this review to 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. As a company with several departments, covering sales, installation and comms a lack of communication brought several issues and delays to our experience. LTI came highly recommended hence the reason committing financially initially however from that point forward from the sales pitch we had several issues. My thoughts are we have just been unfortunate due to miscommunication with myself
and various departments leading to a very lengthy delay of over 3 months in waiting for completion of our works.
Again, thank you Neil and Ash for the end result…..worth the wait.

What an amazing transformation, the house looks fantastic we are so pleased. Frazer and Cammy were here the last couple of days, they never stopped and the standard of their work was great. A very friendly, professional company who communicated well. The staff from surveyors, secretaries and especially Fraser and Cammy were a pleasure to have around. Near the finish of job, I was invited to make a list of any defects and these were fixed happily.

Adding to the list of people who have a No cold caller and no sales calls sign on my camera doorbell.
The salesman said he could quote for guttering and roughcasting. My gutters were replaced last year and are in excellent condition. My roughcasting does not need replaced. I explained I have a local reasonable friendly builder who takes care of my house but still he persisted. Why was he wanting to quote for work that was absolutely not necessary and I had told him the gutters were new and roughcasting checked regularly?? If I wasn’t on a call where people could hear me I would not have been so polite.
To the company director, from someone who has worked in sales for 35 years: Address your salesmen’s sales technique/bonus scheme. Quoting me for unnecessary work is bordering on fraudulent activity.

Professionalism at each stage of the process.
From initial contact with this company until full installation every member of the team were courteous helpful and professional.
The initial survey was carried out by Stephen who guided and advised us through the options and provided the initial quote. He did a great job of selling the company without us having to be subjected to any hint of sales pressure.
The office staff of Curtis and Suzanne kept us fully informed as to installation dates designed to accommodate ourselves as well as the Scottish weather.
The coating team of Peter, Mel and rookie John all did an exceptional job which has transformed the appearance of our house and we have been delighted with the work the team have delivered. They appear to take pride in their work and clearly have a sense of satisfaction in the transformations they achieve.

LTI Wall Coating
We had our roughcast walls repaired and then coated by LTI.
James and his roughcasting team made an excellent job of matching in the repairs to the original roughcast.
Peter and Mel also made an excellent job of applying the coating while dealing with the vagaries of the Scottish weather.
Both teams were friendly and professional and made sure we were well informed during the process.
They also left the worksite cleaner than they found it.
Looking forward to not having to paint for the next 15 years.
We are delighted with the final result.

Installation work of high standard by Peter and Mel who took great care to accommodate any spaecial concerns we raised. I did express a level of dissatisfaction with the company's procedures and documentation for invoiving and collection of payments and they agreed to adopt a procedure which satisfied my concerns.
