From the initial survey by Marco, to the installation by John and Tucker, the work was carried out in a most professional manner with good attention to detail.
We received a fair price and would have no hesitation in recommending Lti

LTi Transformations has given my home fabulous kerb-appeal
Working with LTi Transformations was a welcome delight, compared to my experience working with other trades. The whole process was seamless, from the office staff who set up the appointments and work days, to Barry who came along for the initial appointment to explain each stage of the process in detail and confirm the price of the job. This price was set and did not change throughout the job. A deposit of one third of the price was paid at the initial appointment. 2 weeks later the cleaning treatment was booked in and after this stage was complete the 2nd payment of one third was paid. The final one third payment was made on the day the painting was completed. The whole job was completed within one week - from the cleaning treatment through to the painting. Some roughcast repair work was needed prior to the painting. Then a few days later the painting was done by Paul and Jez. What professional and friendly chaps. A credit to LTi. They were polite, courteous, efficient and worked well together. They took time to respect my property by properly covering their working area and cleaning up after the work was completed. They took care to ensure my drive and pathways were brushed, cleaned and clear of debris. I would not hesitate to recommend LTi Transformations if you are considering making improvements to the exterior of your home.

walls & stone work coating
Very happy with the work done on the outside of my house by LTI employees John and Jack. Arrived on time and worked all day without a break. They even removed two large plant frameworks and a number of planters on the gable end of the house. When they were finished and had cleaned up any mess they replaced them all. Great. Job.

Great job by friendly professionals- A pleasure
I can see other reviewers complained about cold calling- I am glad they came to our house- The whole experience, from the salesman who came to discuss options, to the office staff and the team who did the final work on the house- has been stress free and a pleasure. No hard sales tactics. Jamie and Athen have just finished the work on our house. Very professional, friendly, courteous and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

100% recommendation
Everything from the team has been brilliant. Couldn't fault the whole process to be honest. Everything was explained very well and our installers, Fraser and Cammy did a fantastic job. They were polite, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were 100% happy before they left for the night (they worked on til after 8pm to make sure the job was done). The worked non stop despite the high and unusual temperatures here today.

House coating
Informative and meticulous. From the initial survey through each process we we kept abreast of intended schedule. Work carried out on the building was done with minimum disruption, care was carried out to avoid any damage or disruption to neighbours and property. The team applying the coating, John Shorts and MacKenzie, were meticulous from the initial marking out and taping windows, to the finish where grounds were tidied. The detail of applying the coat was exemplary. Delighted with end results.

Great professional job done from Lti
Great professional job done from Lti
From start to finish, the render boys Wilson & Rab done a great job knocking out the blown render and patching up with new, spot on.
Now the new Coating,
well, WOW!, what an absolutely amazing transformation of our home. For 60 years we have been battered with the Scottish weather, it had taken it's toll on our place it looked tired and worn out.
Then came Jaimie and young Athan, what an amazing job these guys have done. Nothing was too much bother for them, they kept in constant communication with me, always making sure everything was the way I was hoping it would be. There workmanship and quality of finishing is superb. I'm sitting in the house writing the review, but I would rather be outside so I could just look at the super job Jaimie has done.
Thanks again lads, job well done.

Your comment about sitting inside wishing you were outside admiring the finished result genuinely made us smile. After 60 years of Scottish weather taking its toll, we're delighted to have helped breathe new life into your home.
Thanks again for chosing Lti Transformations!
5 stars from start to finish
5 stars from start to finish. Wall refurbishment with a 15 year guarantee. From Barry who talked me through each step and using some clever software was able to show me what it would look like (that was the decider) , Lauren from the office , who was lovely and made sure I was happy with everything, and next steps explained, and Jamie and Athan who carried out the work across 2 days - took time to walk round and check I was happy with the plan. Then grafted across 2 days to totally transform my house, nothing was too much trouble , and they were very careful with moving plants and pots. I’d 100% recommend this company and I think my neighbours would too! I love driving into the street and see how fabulous it looks now 😊

It means so much to hear that every part of the experience stood out, from your initial meeting with Barry and seeing KerbVu bring your vision to life, through to Lauren's support and the hard work and attention to detail shown by Jamie and Athan on site.
We're especially grateful that you noticed the little things, whether that's taking the time to walk through the plan together or carefully moving plants and pots with respect for your home and garden. Hearing that both you and your neighbours love the finished result is the highest compliment we could ask for.

We are delighted with the very professional level of work carried out by LTI Transformation’s team. We were lucky to have Jamie in charge as he is very competent and worked very hard to a high standard and really went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with everything and so helpful. Thank you Jamie! Our house has definitely been transformed into an attractive modern high quality house.
I also was impressed that after completion of the work the Operations Manager called by to inspect very critically the finished work. I’m not aware of many companies carrying out final checks like this. A very satisfied customer!

Great job by two craftmanlike workers. House looks great.
The two lads,Fraser and Cammy, were both personable young men. They greeted us in a polite and friendly manner and competently answered any queries we put to them. They both worked tirelessly over the two days this week, that it took to clean, prepare them apply the coating. Very good at tidying up after finishing work on both days they were here. House looks great with it's new coated roof - the best looking roof in our area. Company does very well in communicating with us, keeping us up to date about when the job was planned for.
