Fantastic work from LTI
This is the second time LTI have done work for my mum and I can't praise them highly enough. The roof was refurbished last year and the walls were refurbished this summer. Everyone, including Marco, who did the initial consultation, the office staff, and Neil and his team, who carried out the work on the walls, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were also very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. We are both so pleased with the results, which exceeded our expectations. Many neighbours and friends have commented on how good the house looks now. We would have no hesitation in recommending LTI. Thank you!

Lti Transformations.
The work was carried out extremely efficiently, on time and without any problems. Jamie and Reo were excellent and Jamie answered any of my queries politely and with obvious knowledge and experience in the industry. The roughcasters (sorry didn’t get their names) also did a great job repairing the cracks and leaving a really good finish on the areas in preparation for the coating.
The finished job is all we wanted and the improvement in the external appearance is stunning. The icing on the cake was Jamie helping to bring the washing in when a shower arrived unexpectedly...
We are very pleased with the end result.

Wonderful people & wonderful service
Wonderful people & wonderful service. From the very beginning, engaging with the staff of Lti was a real pleasure. Every member was polite, friendly, efficient and exceptionally knowledgeable. The finished job is simply superb and we could not be happier. The rough caster (Thomas) arrived on time for the repair elements - he finished on time (it was not an easy task) and the result was great. Elliot and Chris, the exterior refurbishment team, were also prompt and very efficient. They did a magnificent job and our property looks amazing, better than ever. Without hesitation, I would absolutely recommend this company for the work it does. The lady in the office, Gillian, was a delight to speak with. So, thank you Lti for such a magnificent effort done in such a wonderful manner. John S

Fabulous Service - I Highly Recommend LTI
I recently had the exterior walls of my property refurbished by LTI Transformations, and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. They've gone from looking tired, dirty and weathered to bright, clean and well protected against the Scottish weather.
From my very first interaction with LTI Transformations, the service was excellent. Kierran visited my property to assess the condition of the exterior walls, identify any areas of damage and measure everything up. He took the time to provide a thorough explanation of the refurbishment process and the products they use, answering all of my questions clearly and honestly. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, giving me complete confidence in the service from the outset.
John and his colleague carried out the work, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were professional, friendly, hardworking and incredibly diligent throughout the entire job. It was obvious they took genuine pride in their work, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring everything was completed to a very high standard.
They were also happy to answer questions from my neighbours, taking the time to explain the process in a friendly and helpful way. What impressed me just as much was how tidy they were – they actually left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived.
The quality of workmanship and customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. Every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about delivering the best possible result.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LTI Transformations to anyone looking to restore, protect and enhance the exterior of their home. Thank you to Kierran, John and the team for a fantastic job!

LTi were recommended to me by a neighbour.
LTi were recommended to me by a neighbour and after I contacted them Stephen Murphy visited and advised us without pressure! Fraser, Elliot, Chris and Cammy arrived and started work on our roof, guttering, fascias and soffits and they were prompt and hard working. They were good to deal with and we are very pleased with the completed work. There was a small snag but Fraser acted quickly and sorted it out for us! There was nothing that was too much trouble for him.
I also had some dealings with Suzanne and Gillian in the office and I also found them to be efficient and friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lti and will definitely be using them for our next project.
