Got the bottle, different colour and size to the ones they use on TV. My name on there is tiny and already peeling. Spoke to customer services who refused to do anything to help. Not impressed.

Ordered online from the UK store to deliver to Ireland. Tracked the package through FedEx to Ireland. From there it was taken by fastway. This courier company are notoriously poor, so I haven't seen the package since. Once the love Island store were contacted and saw the issue, they quickly issued an apology and processed a refund. Don't think I'll get the product but the manner this was dealt with was exemplary. Thanks especially to Jen in their customer care department. Extremely helpful.

I found the bottle overpriced for a bottle that is not printed with your name, it is put on with a sticker that came off so easily after the 1st wash. I would go to another company and have them print your name. ITV you should price this product at £11 or less - name with a sticker it is disappointing. Very smart - when they have advertised it states the personalisation is 'applied' but fail to mention with a sticker! Surprised no one has taken ITV to Court (yes small trivial amount but it is the matter of principle!)

I was gifted my second bottle from the shop on Saturday. Today (Tuesday) I noticed the lid was broken so sent a picture with just the email originally used to order and within 10 minutes they have replied saying they will send a new lid. I'm amazed with the fast and helpful response after just one short email

Update, my love island new style bottle is incredible. It’s still working perfectly and I adore it. Guys I know you’ve seen bad reviews but mine is absolutely fine “five stars” I’d say definitely go for it!!!

Bottle received damage and no further forward in getting a replacement sent out.

Don’t waste your money get a similar one on eBay with a printer name

I ordered two of the new water bottles. The bottles have a fault with the suction when using the mouthpiece. Unless the lid is loosened (which leads to leakage), the liquid cannot be sucked though the mouthpiece. An airlock forms and is released with a huge whoosh if more than one sip is taken. Not fit for purpose.

Now I see why the Love Island contestants keep taking the lids off their own water bottles. It’s because it’s impossible to drink through the mouthpiece!!!!

Not worth the money. I was surprised to realised that the name on the bottle is only a sticker. I thought it will be printed on a bottle. Also It makes a weird sound while drinking water. I wouldn’t buy it again.

My water bottle came and I am disappointed. The box was ripped, squashed and creased and I was looking forward to the nice box to store it in. Also the lettering isn't completely joined - i thought that was the whole point of the love island font? Also you can tell it is just a sticker of the writing, not printed on the bottle so for the price I feel quite ripped off as it will soon most likely end up just a plain white bottle.

Water bottles are awful quality.

On the 2nd one now. First one leaked. Used it for a little while, fair enough. Ordered a new one. Lettering is coming off after being washed once. Emailed them, they say it's general wear and tear. Poor service, poor quality product. For £15 + postage, expect better.

I cant believe I didn't read the reviews on here ! We have 4 of these and every single 1 leaks it's so sad we have 2 9yr old girls that love their bottles and we cant use any and they were soooooo expensive.
Apparently the fake 1s on ebay are fab!!!

Do not buy from this company they are scammers, no phone number or contact details, my daughter never received her water bottle.

Bought a personalised water bottle for my wife. Broke on the first day of use. Flimsy plastic broke just being knocked over on the table. Didn’t even fall off! Never have I seen a water bottle break so easily. And for £15 a bottle you’d expect stronger plastic. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking customer service

Faulty cheap case sent , I except these things can happen BUT, how is this company allowed to trade with such shocking after sales service.
7emails so far along with 2 videos sent of the defect (still no new case).
4 different advisors so far sending different responses, please take my advice go elsewhere where there is at least a contact number to speak to someone.
I make no apology for posting this poor review on your company, like I said in a previous email I am now going to take it further and trust me I will not stop until you resolve my issue

AWFUL!!! Purchased a suitcase for my daughter. Paid £80.00
As we took it out of the box the top layer on the suitcase came off with the name. Peeling off. My daughter was so upset.
It took me ages to contact someone. There is no phone number to customer service. Finally received an email and LOVEISLAND is sending me as sicker to apply on the suitcase my self.
I want a refund that I'm fighting for and to return the suitcase.
Quality is so so cheep. If I wanted to apply a sticker my self I would have purchased it on ebay for £5.00.
