I ordered a water bottle as a present for my sister, it turned up with the complete wrong name on. Clearly someone cannot read orders correctly! I have emailed to ask a new one be sent asap as I am due to give her presents to her next week. Hopefully I’ll hear something back and will update my review but looking at previous reviews I’m not holding my breath.

Delivery says 5 days it’s now been 2 weeks and I have emailed them twice with no reply and still no tracking number

If I can give zero stars I would! Not only did it take 2 months to receive the water bottle, but was extremely disappointed with the fact that where the"personalized name" goes is a damn sticker! Imagine my disappointment when I realized it wasn't actually engraved onto the bottle. $45! for something I could have done myself.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Love Island. I placed an order on July 8th, 2025 for what was supposed to be a gift, but there was no shipping progress or communication regarding delays. I reached out to customer service before the gift date, requesting either an update or a cancellation and refund. I never received a reply.

Not only was the gift delayed, but the complete lack of response from the company shows poor customer service and disregard for their customers. I had to go out of pocket to purchase another gift at the last minute, and now I’m stuck with the original order that arrived too late to be of any use. To make matters worse, the quality was poor and cheaply made, especially for the price paid. This was my first and last purchase from Love Island, as I cannot recommend a company that fails to communicate, deliver on time, or provide products that match their advertised value.

I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service with a complaint. I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled, I received a full refund immediately, no hassle at all.
First-class customer service from start to finish. Super helpful, polite, and efficient. It completely turned the experience around. Highly recommend!

Would discourage anyone to buy from love island shop.
Water bottle that was ment to be a gift arrived in terrible packaging all ripped apart . Colour isn't the same and overall looks bad quality.
I feel ripped off considering how much I paid .
I am ashamed to give it as a gift.

After seeing how Joey treated the black contestants and the production team allowing this makes me feel sick. I enjoyed this show for light entertainment but not for people being bullied because of their race.

I am far from impressed. I ordered the personalised bottle for my sisters birthday only for it to be damaged, scraped and dented.
I emailed twice from there site as you have to send pictures for proof and they don't respond I been waiting two weeks.
Utterly disappointed especially for the prices they ask for

Wish I had read the reviews first 🤦‍♀️ brought the water bottle, the name is cheap with stickers and won’t last long as I use a bottle everyday, so wash it everyday. It’s so hard to drink from, you can only sip it and it makes a horrible noise unless you loosen the lid and then risk spilling it. Total waste of money.

So, after reading the reviews and after I ordered I got concerned. I ordered a personalised water bottle, a personalised washbag, and the Love Island card game. I received an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. The delivery was in time, according to the time frames on the website. The products are of good quality and are bearing the correct names. The packing was stabile. The bespoke products and the non-bespoke product was delivered separately. I had a positive experience and am happy with my products. I did not need the customer service.

I recently ordered a LI drinks personalised bottle for a gift, the package arrived empty with an apology bag attached from Royal mail. I have tried numerous times to ring events merch with no luck just a recorded message with an email address which I have sent and each time came back unable to deliver. I have since left a voicemail on the number provided on LI merch shop app and are waiting a reply. I tried claiming through RM but has to be the sender. Hoping for a good outcome.

The personalised bottle is absolute unbelievable rubbish!!! I really didn't expect so bad quality, It’s just stick on lettering and clearly won’t last for longer!! I was expecting it to be properly engraved or sprayed on, which would have at least made it look professional but it’s sticky plastic!! I would not recommend this product

Ordered a tote bag and bottle each with personalisation ‘Miss bell’ bottle was fine but first bag says ‘Emily’ complained to get an exchange.
Initially Love Island shop were really good and apologised as they had sent me the wrong bag. They have sent me out a new one which has arrived today, the personalisation on this one says ‘Miss Belle’.

In my order, you can see how to spell my name and they got the personalisation right on the water bottle. So why is it so hard to get it right again?

How is it so hard to read what the personalisation should be?

Large suitcase. Not fit for purpose. I really wish I hadn't expected much for my £85, that way I wouldn't have been disappointed!!. The lettering was poor, just stick on letters. We all know that baggage
handlers for aircraft don't particularly treat cases with respect but after 1 flight the case was cracked and the black pegs broken. I would expect that kind of damage with a £20 case but not almost £100.
Obviously the Love Island shop wanted nothing to do with my complaint. Never again will I be sucked in by a gimmick.

Wish I’d read the reviews before asking for this for Xmas! The bottle itself seems fine but the personalisation is absolute rubbish!!! It’s just stick on lettering and clearly won’t last 5 mins!! I was expecting it to be sprayed on, which would have at least made it look professional but it’s sticky plastic and looks like a child did it!! As it’s personalised they won’t exchange or refund, which is ridiculous as they can just peel the name off!! (I have!!)

Had it as a gift from my birthday a personalised stainless steel water bottle name is just a sticker and I can’t even drink out of it as it absolutely stinks of broccoli is the only way to describe it I have tried everything to make it smell better but nothing works and also marks very easily poor quality.

I bought a personalised water bottle. So disappointed as its absolutely poor quality. The name is just a sticker that you get for kiddies to do craft, it is coming off before i even use it. The box was damaged. I would seriously consider buying this as its a waste of money. I cannot possibly give this as a gift.

i ordered a personalised water bottle and i have not had it for even a month and a piece of the handle has already broken off. I am very disappointed because i payed £20 for a water bottle and I had hoped to get great use out of it. I will not be purchasing with love island shop again.

returned two gold wine glasses and still waiting for my refund. i have contacted them several times via email but you do not get a response. I think it is disgusting that ITV seem to be able to get away with this because they are ITV.
