i ordered a personalised water bottle and i have not had it for even a month and a piece of the handle has already broken off. I am very disappointed because i payed £20 for a water bottle and I had hoped to get great use out of it. I will not be purchasing with love island shop again.

returned two gold wine glasses and still waiting for my refund. i have contacted them several times via email but you do not get a response. I think it is disgusting that ITV seem to be able to get away with this because they are ITV.
After reading the reviews I see I am not alone

Bought a large suitcase for my daughter. We only did a weekend trip so barely half full. After the first use one of the handles came off. She really liked the case so we pushed it back in and only lifted with the other handle. Just been away this month and the other handle came off, exposing some really sharp fixings. This is beyond repair so the case is sitting in our garage to be taken to the dump. Not fit for purpose. Buy a decent white suitcase and get a name sticker from Amazon/EBay. They (Love Island shop) should do some quality control and certainly shouldn’t be ripping people off.

I bought a personalised bottle for my daughter's birthday. The bottle has marks on it and looks as if it's been used. The lid has brown/orange stains on it and the tag is missing. The bottle itself also has some black marks/scratches on it. Impossible to contact customer service as filling the form is the only option and the form doesn't work! How are they getting away with it?!

Items came in a bag ( should have been a box with bubble wrap etc ) and packaging inside all torn and items damaged. Absolutely foaming as unable to contact them and the online form keeps saying response limit reached. So unable to submit a complaint or query. Not happy and waste of over £30. Going to have to raise a dispute with credit card. Avoid this. ITV do something about this please.

Ordered the new gold glasses for my girlfriend and one came bent and the other completely broken. I have tried to submit an online form for a refund but keeps saying the response limit has been reached. I have no idea how to contact someone and I feel stuck as I’ve got two broken cups. I just want a refund!

Purchased the set of 2 stainless steel gold champagne flutes and with delivery cost around £28! You would think at this price they would be top notch quality however I was very wrong!
Upon putting wine into them it leaked straight out from the bottom of the flute!! Like the stem and flute had not been welded together very well and left a hole for fluid to escape!!
So I went on to contact customer support couldn’t upload pictures or videos through my phone so did it on the laptop, then when I click submit it just keeps saying response limit reached!!
I haven’t a clue what that is supposed to mean other than it’s a fault at there end… I just think they probably have that many complains that their limit has now been reached!
So I now have no way of contacting them or getting a refund!!
Please do not buy from this scamming company!! Everything is just cheaply made with the love island branding adding value…

Order was delivered to another address contacted courier and shop waited 7 days and now cant get a response no matter how many times I email very annoying and out of pocket!

Broken Stainless Steel Flutes

I bought 2 flutes last week which arrived Saturday 22nd July 2023.

I was so excited I opened them immediately. To my surprise one of the flutes was broken the stem came away from the cup. However, upon looking at the packaging I could understand. The box was flimsy and the flutes were wrapped in tissue paper. Commonsense should of told them that bubble wrap was the way forward as the flutes are very fragile. I have been since Saturday trying to make contact. I have also tried uploading photos and it won't allow me. Plus the email address given is incorrect and I have just spent £30 on glasses that I could have got from John Lewis,better and cheaper. I will never buy another item from love Island shop, plus I want my money back. However, they say if the items you purchase is damage you cannot return but to make contact via am email address that doesn't exist. Its a rip off. I emailed customer service since Saturday and no response

Ordered 2 straw cups one arrived damaged #LI867548UK tried to contact via the Customer Support since Thursday but it will not allow me to make contact with them, keeps saying response limit reached, it is really frustrating that I have purchased the goods and now cannot get in touch, there is no way of communicating with them and all I want to do is supply the details for a replacement. I love the product but the customer service is awful.

Great customer service in 24hrs. Resolved all concerns. Looking forward to fun break away.

Ordered 3 x phones cases shocking quality just buy yourself a clear case from the pound shop and get your name printed online for £1 on eBay or Amazon!

LOVE ISLAND SATIN ROBE
Very poor quality, and one size is a joke made for size 8-10 ladies, couldn’t get it all the way round on a size 12-14 lady with the personalised name sitting on the shoulder.
Total waste of money as cannot be worn or returned.
Total sham

Bought for my daughter’s birthday. First trip out so flimsy it damaged. Spoke to customer services but they would not replace the case or offer any solution.

Disappointed with water bottles. Wish I had read reviews…I ordered 3! Difficult to suck from and make a noise as others have said. Didn’t have this issue with first 2 I bought!

After reading some reviews about the poor quality and bad customer services I was a bit apprehensive about ordering these however my daughter really wanted them for her 18th and didn’t want to let her down. At the end of the day it’s the love island brand you are buying which is not at the high end of the suitcase market!

I bought my daughter the medium and cabin size suitcase. The quality of the case is ok, the case is not as sturdy as I would have liked. I was a bit disappointed the name sticker was not protected my a covering and can easily come off. With this in mind I have bought some clear suitcase covers to protect them.

I had an issue with the product so had to contact customer service, Tara was brilliant and dealt with my problem very quickly, efficiently and to a satisfactory standard.

The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is the quality of the product, the case is a little flimsy and I am not sure how long the lettering will last which is the main point of these cases. In saying that my daughter is thrilled and looking forward to using them!

Got the new insulated water bottle, great quality love it keeps water super cold all day! Also great service and quick delivery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5

Bought a bottle as a present a few weeks ago and it turned up battered and torn packaging. My own bottle has very bad suction too. I emailed twice now about these issues and had no response. Not happy at all. They are not cheap bottles either.

I ordered a personalised suitcase and received a personalised water bottle with a random name on it! Can’t seem to find a phone number to contact customer services, filled on a form and said they’d get back to me within 5 days! What an absolute joke!

I got a waterbottle with my name printed on. At first i couldnt get it to work properly (had the same issue with having to suck very hard/really noisy) but noticed it was because of a small plastic piece which you need to remove - its behind the spout on the white plastic part when the spout is up. Then it works fine however it then leaks everywhere if you try to use it on the go! Pretty useless and a rip off
