The box the bottle came in was torn.
The name on the bottle was peeling off and in flimsy material. One wash and it will all come off no doubt.
Expensive for such poor quality.
Since heard most of the items bought from this place is made very poorly. Just ripping people off and there's nothing we can do about it. Ask for refund and they just try to give you percentage back from what you paid. It's so tedious you end up just saying yes. Which is of course what they want. Reviews from people I know and myself.

Water bottle is so crap, do not waste your money. The name is just a sticker and you can’t even suck water up through the straw because the suction bit is so poorly made, you get a load of air. Awful.

Disappointed is an understatement! Ordered a suitcase that was guaranteed for Christmas only reason I ordered it. Still no sign of it have emailed twice and still no reply. Have a good mind to go to trading standards. Disgusted!!!

don’t get me wrong I love love island and there products but I’ve been experiencing some problems I ordered the phone case and bottle both with my name on and they came a shortly while after I’ve dropped my phone about 4 times and my phone case has nearly broke the volume cover has came on the side of my phone case has came off and overall it’s not the best it’s no where near good quality and it’s not what I was looking for and the thing is I only dropped it on my bedroom floor.Now the water bottle it’s quite similar it’s really nice but I dropped it once and the water bottle lid broke lucky it came with 2 but the bottle has so many scratches on from 1 drop and the mouth thing has broke to so if your looking for something that won’t happen so quickly then don’t order I only got my water bottle and phone case about a month ago and already I’m due for a new phone case and bottle! Even worse today I had to edit this review because you won’t believe what happens of course my water bottle fell out my fridge and all the lid smashed is it worth£20 NO ITS NOT so don’t waist your money please because soon you will regret it like sadly I am now.

Terrible quality. Ordered a water bottle and took 3 weeks to arrive despite saying 10 days. Then within 2 weeks mould had developed within the spout so it cannot be used. Only used cold water in it so this is disgusting. Emailed customer services to be told nothing they can do. Do NOT order from them. Wish I had read this before I bought. disgusting service appalling customer service

Suitcase at £80, went to use it for my holiday and the loco has pinged off. I have emailed customer service to see what they will do to correct it but it’s going to be too late as I need it for 7am tomorrow. The quality is not worth the money!!

I ordered a phone case as a birthday gift
6 days later the name started peeling off. When I complained I was told this is wear and tear

Horrible bottles, nothing like the old bottles, horrible to suck from, And they get air locked so nothing comes up, almost like drinking from a cardboard start where nothing comes up,
But so keep water cold throughout the day

I ordered almost a month ago and still have not received my items despite sending loads of emails and only been fobbed off .. first they told me that there was an issue with delivery to Ireland then the tracking number wasn’t working then they “posted” them again and now apparently they are stuck in customs even though they were by the way with fast way last week 🙈 after paying €52 for 2 water bottles .. disappointed is an understatement.. but apparently my money is been refunded to me now ! Stay well away from this company

Would ideally like to give it a 0. Despite claiming 'Delivery within 5 working days for the UK mainland and Channel Island' on their website...this is a joke. I've been waiting over 3wks and my email to Customer Services asking where the order is has been ignored. I also didn't realise it was only a sticker being put on :( I've asked for my order to be cancelled but don't hold out much hope I'll ever see the product or my money again. Avoid at all costs.

Would NOT recommend the official love island bottles, we spent £24 on a water bottle as a treat for a friend who’s a huge fan and I was so disappointed when it arrived. It is literally a bottle with their name stuck on and the sticker is peeling off without any use! I could’ve made that myself!! How can it take 10 days to arrive and then arrive with a sticker falling off - for £24 it’s a total waste of money! Avoid!!!

Ridiculous! The bottle arrived and it’s a sticker for £24.00 you’d expect a engraved bottle not a sticker that would peel off? Surely this is misleading and miss selling and I don’t think the bottle in the show is the same.

It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order! I have sent 2 emails with a response saying order has been delayed. I will never order from here again.

No contact details for contacting shop when they get order wrong. Order personalised items which they send are wrong and you have no way of contacting them other than through the website which relies on them contacting you back... await to see of they do, really annoyed as was a birthday present for my niece.

Over two weeks since I ordered a bottle for my wife’s birthday. No bottle, no response to emails, no way to track your order.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, ITV should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and buy a knockoff from Amazon or somewhere else!

Shouldn’t even be 1 review, not responding to emails and still waiting for delivery after weeks, stay well away from this company

Bought 2 robes - absolutely shockingly poor quality
One size fits all - what a totally misrepresentation
If you are 5’4 or less and size 10 or less I am sure it would be acceptable any bigger and it won’t go anywhere near round you, the belt loops are closer to arm pits than waist
I emailed and recognised personalised but due to misrepresentation I requested refund - no chance

I have bought both of my daughters the hand luggage and hold luggage cases.. on one of my daughters first trips to see me overseas just two weeks (if that) just above one of the wheels the case has completely cracked it looks like a weak spot on the case..
So I emailed love island customer service to let them know that the case hadn’t been fit for it’s purpose which is a hold luggage case (as advertised) so should be strong enough and fit for several plane journeys and made with the correct material to withstand the handling of the case through an airport… the case is brand new, it hasn’t even made its return journey to the U.K. yet!! And their response was that it was delivered in a perfect condition and it’s the airlines fault that the case has broken!! Or it’s my daughters mis handling of the case that has broken it!! So basically TOUGH!! Now I know my rights, we have a lawyer in the family, so as long as it may take we will get the money back, I asked for a replacement but now we don’t want that either.. I have spent a lot of money (hundreds of pounds) on varying love island products for my four children and am totally disgusted at this response from them!! I will not buy another thing!

I think I'm being generous rating it a 1 !!got this for my daughter , thought ok two uses hot and cold - but it is pure day light robbery !! A sticker for a name !!! Dont waste you're money if I had reslised this I would of ordered elsewhere!!shockingly overpriced for a stick on name that wont last at all. ITV should be embarrassed of themselves for selling such shoddy products !!feeling totally robbed 👎

Brought the bottle for my Wife as a surprise. No issues with bottle, but was very disappointed to find name was simply a sticker that feels like it would peel of straight away. Yet again an example of why I should read reviews before buying on line. Shocking quality from a massive company
