My mum ordered me the new love island bottle for my birthday. Firstly it arrived late, but secondly the suction is awful? I messaged their customer services about this issue to which they replied “please send a video showcasing the suction issues” … ??? I’m not entirely sure how it is possible or even necessary for me to send a video sucking on the straw to show that you can literally only suck up one sip without having to stop and take your mouth away, which then makes an awful noise. At first a replacement would’ve been an option but after reading more reviews it seems this is a common problem. Also the material of the bottle means if you put it in your bag or it rubs against anything, it scratches and creates awful black marks. The plastic bottles from a few years ago were great and latest me along time, why change a product that is good for a cheap and nasty version?

So disappointed! I ordered a baby beaker & a water bottle to give as presents and am embarrassed to give them. They look so cheap & tacky. The names aren’t printed on they are stickers , it looks like I’ve bought £1 bottles and just stuck their names on them. Very expensive mistake on my part

Still waiting for my water bottles and ordered them on the 12th July! Shocking customer service. Would never by from them again. Taking things further as I requested a refund and received no further comment from them!

What an absolute joke of a company. Water bottle came with a letter missing at the end of my partners name. Apparently they are so busy sending poor products out they will do it as soon as they can ! 3 weeks later and we are still waiting!!

Absolutely rubbish can't even use it because I can't even suck something as simple as water through the straw as it doesn't work so Absolutely waste of time n money will not be getting anything else on this website Absolute disgrace .

Got the suitcase for my daughters birthday, when she packed the case the zip inside came away from the sides, the handle is so flimsy thought it was going to come off and by the time she got to the airport the wheels wouldn't move, complete waste of money

Absolutely disgusting. Both myself and boyfriend ordered suitcases for our holiday. Took over a week for us to be told that they ran out of stock after emailing 4 days prior. Thank god our holiday isn’t until October!

If I could give this a 0 I would. Absolutely appalling experience and still awaiting a response.
Bought a case from them and when it came it was an absolute mess, the decal was uneven, wonky, peeling off, doubled up and pen on it from where they had marked the line to put the sticker. I have been unable to give this as a gift as hoped as it would just be embarrassing I WAS SHOCKED AT THE STATE OF IT! I emailed them with pictures and was advised they would give me £8.70 back, it was £58! or full refund but would have to arrange return of the case to them and they would not pay me until they had received it. I have peeled the sticker off myself and ordered a new one to put on myself as simply did not have the time to mess about and wait for a refund else I would.
This is meant to be the OFFICIAL site, don't bother ordering and save disappointment from them.
I'm still awaiting a response to the offer of £8.70 they gave me and things have gone silent for days with no reply from chasing.
Wish I'd read the reviews on here.

The bottle is really pretty however it was said to come within 5 days and it didn't. The box came damaged and the personalised bottles had the names printed on stickers that were just glued on. Its extremely hard to drink from as you have to suck quite hard and makes a horrible noise when doing so, don't get me wrong it looks nice but its not practical at all, its not a bottle of high quality and gets damaged very easily.

I ordered a personalised waterbottle for my partner. Had been advised 5 days and was charged £4.99 for delivery (steep consering price of product). It didn't arrive in time but when it did I was shocked at what I opened. The name was just a glued on sticker that was peeling and was in capital letters spaced apart. It looked absolutely nothing like the one advertised on the site which was joined up writing. Also the bottle itself it hard to drink out of an you really need to inhale to get the water out of it. Went on support and spoke with Sonya who didn't seem bothered and asked me to take a picture which I did. Then asked me to take a video of the suction. This baffled me as the waterbottle isn't even see-through so not sure what the purpose was. They refused a refund. Really wish I had seen the reviews first as I am now out £25 (including delivery) for a water bottle that I could have got from Aliexpress for £2 and put barbie stickers on. Avoid like the plague. Trading standards need to have a proper look.

It said it would be delivered in 5 working days. After ten I contacted the company, they said it would be with me on Monday. The DPD delivery details that were emailed never worked. It said it was shipped. On Monday it didn’t arrive and I contacted them again. They said that it would be delivered Tuesday. Still not arrived and it’s Wednesday now. They have refunded me but I don’t believe it was ever sent. Such a let down.

The bag strap broke as my daughter picked it up the first time with products in. They are refusing to do anything about it!

Shocking quality of products and shocking customer care.

Disgraceful esp as we are already paying way over the normal price as it’s “Love Island” greed, greed and more greed clearly run by people without any integrity

This company isn't worth even one star! Ordered the small suitcase for my daughter as a birthday present on the 28th June and was told it definitely be here within 5 working days, surprisingly it's not arrived! Love Island says its with DPD and DPD say they haven't received anything!
Now there has been no communication from Love Island at all and you can't speak to anyone.
Terrible customer service, please go elsewhere for your items.
Maybe Watchdog should look at the clowns!

Although the bottle looks good with the white and then gold writing- this bottle is not worth the £20. It scratches so easily, literally the first day using it out and it’s fully of scratches, really poor quality for use as an actual bottle. Looks awful now and money was wasted. Returns says they only accept returns of items not damaged by ‘every day wear and tear’ so won’t get money back either. It’s also not that easy to drink from, like you really have to suck to get water out (this didn’t bother me that much but worth a mention).
Only buy if you want it as an ornament sitting somewhere out of reach and safe.

I should have read all the reviews before I decided to order the water bottle. The bottle arrived in a torn and damaged box. I thought the name was engraved but it’s just a sticker. I’m actually afraid to wash it as it looks like it will come right off. Definitely not worth £20. Very disappointed 😔😔

I ordered from the shop a wash bag for my holiday I never received an email confirmation but they still took the money out of my account every time I’ve tried to get in contact with them they’ve just ignored me I’m not very happy with this and I want my money back because it’s so not acceptable

The first bottle I ordered came with my name spelt wrong however they did send a replacement very quickly. I had the one with gold writing which looks very pretty. However, if you put the bottle in a bag it scratches badly. I used my second one for the first time yesterday and as I had it in my back pack it is ruined with coating scratching off. It is also really difficult to suck and makes a right embarrassing noise. It’s pretty to look at but not to use

Was really excited to get the bottle, as with lots of other peoples, the box was all ripped. My partner bought me as a surprise, the name is a flimsy sticker and comes straight off. Also really hard to drink out of, I’ve had to take the lid completely off to drink out of it. Unless you want it as an ornament, don’t waste your money.
