I had emergency. I lock myself outside the house. They came within 30 min. The guy broke the lock as that was the only way to get in. And new lock was installed. That is fine. But the prices was really unexpected. I still cant believe how much i have been charged for work less than 30 min. The simple lock's price as it self was 150£ plus 20%. Unbelievable.

We can't thank Gigi the locksmith enough to coming so promptly when we were locked out. From the moment he arrived, Gigi worked efficiently and had us back inside before we knew it. It was clear he really cares about helping people, not just doing a job. If you ever need a locksmith you can trust, Gigi is the one to rely on!

The locksmith did end up getting the door open, he didn’t try too hard to shim it really. Tried really hard to drill it but I insisted that I wouldn’t accept a drill and then he tried a bit harder to shim it. He did still over charge me in my opinion, came out to £226, the site says that a non destructive unlock is just £50, I was expecting about £100 (£50 plus £50).
