247 London Locksmith LTD is a trusted, independent, family-run locksmith service with over 15 years’ experience, covering Central and Greater London. We provide reliable emergency locksmith services for both domestic and commercial customers, including lockouts, lock changes, lock repairs, and non-destructive entry wherever possible. Our goal is simple: fast response, honest advice, and fair, transparent pricing. No call-out fees Clear written quote before attending Fixed price, no changes once agreed No hidden charges To ensure accurate pricing, we usually ask for a photo and postcode before attending. This allows us to provide a clear and honest quote upfront. We cover all areas of London and aim to reach customers as quickly as possible, especially in emergency situations. Due to the nature of the locksmith industry and the use of very similar trading names, some companies operate using names like “247 London locksmith” on invoices, card machine receipts, or logos, which are not connected to our business. We would like to make it clear that we are 247 London Locksmith LTD only and are not affiliated with any other locksmith companies. If a review mentions different contact details, pricing, or documentation from another business, then that service was not carried out by us. Our only official contact number is 07770 115580. We are available by call, text, WhatsApp, or email at info@247londonlocksmith.co.uk. We remain committed to honest service, transparent pricing, and professional workmanship at all times.

Helped us fix the door hinge alignment at no cost!
Our front door lock would not align so the 5-point lock would not engage. The key wouldn't turn. Called 247 London Locksmith and Maya was amazing.
We sent pictures and she helped us with the door hinge alignment instructions, at no cost!
So not only did the issue get solved, if it happens again we know how to fix it, so we won't need to call a locksmith. That is service!
They could have charged us for a callout or the realignment work, or worst-case, a new lock and keys, but saved us money. That is a rare breed these days.
Defo would recommend them and use them again.

I’m confused by the nasty reviews - and wonder whether they’re rivals trying to hurt this legitimate small trader.
I called up asking for a key safe, was quoted a fair price which I accepted. Lukas turned up at the time agreed and fixed the safe. That is what I consider an exemplary service.
Good luck with your business Lukas. I’ll be using you again.

Helpful & solved easy lock issue over phone for free
My flatmate was locked inside the flat. I called them up & the phone was busy but they immediately texted me back to learn more. They then were able to help resolve the problem over the phone so no need for them to come out & no charge.

Great experience from A-Z.
I've now used the services of 247 London Locksmith LTD twice, first time when I moved in to the property and recently when I needed an additional lock enhancement. They are easy to book- you just call and provide an image of the lock and then the locksmith comes over (in our case within the hour). I've had Lucas twice, and was friendly and quick and most importantly locks exchanged by him are doing great! I would highly recommend him and his team.

Thanks so much for the lovely review! Honestly, we were just glad we caught you before you had to wait any longer, as two hours is way too long to be stuck with a jammed door.
You really can't beat a recommendation from a local neighbourhood WhatsApp group; it's so much more reliable than just picking a random name online. Happy we could solve the issue with a couple of messages by WhatsApp and get it sorted fast.
In easy-to-solve cases like this, where we believe the customer can fix the issue themselves without extra cost, we are always happy to help over the phone/WhatsApp.
and best part, I bet you're so proud you could solve it yourself!

Thank you so much Mrs Barnett, really appreciate it.
Glad we could get back to you quickly and help. In your case it was just a lockout, so there was no need to change or drill the lock, which saved you unnecessary costs. Unfortunately, some locksmiths might take that route when it’s not needed.
We always aim to keep things honest, friendly and reliable, no call-out fees and no hidden charges, just clear pricing from the start.
Lovely customers like yourself make it even nicer

Thanks so much Sydney, really appreciate it.
We know how stressful it is when no one gets back to you, especially on a Sunday morning. Most locksmiths, and especially motorbike locksmiths, don’t operate then, so we’re really glad we could step in, get to you quickly and sort it on the spot.
We always keep things straightforward, no call-out fees, no hidden charges, just clear pricing from the start.
And it’s especially nice when we get to help out polite and kind customers like yourself.
Thanks again for the yanking the time to review us. 👍
