Unfortunately, I fell for the scam as well and phoned up the one of the top searches that came up on google. The guy overcharged me (he pretended he gave me a good price) and insisted it is the standard price accross the industry when I questioned it. When I called the main line/office after the job was done, the person there simly said he does not care and I should have argued with the locksmith itself. Clearly these guys are running a business model based on ripping off different people as a one off. Also to add, when I initially asked the guy about pricing on the phone, he said a simle lock fix is 45 quid, whereas it is just a show up fee apparently. Same company operates under different names/websites as well I gather.

Appallingly expensive, and terrible follow-up customer service.
A simple emergency lock replacement with cheap parts (clearly available in shops for 20 pounds) cost upwards of 600 pounds. When challenged, the manager raised his voice on the phone and asked if anyone had held a gun to my head to accept the cost at the time. Nobody made me aware during the service of the impending cost. The quote given on the phone had been 100 pounds.
The technician himself was good - quick, efficient, friendly. Nothing against him at all.

"I called this company because my garage door lock needed fixing. Over the phone, I was informed that the person visiting would provide a price quote. When the service person arrived, they examined the issue. I had already provided my lock, and all they did was make some very minor adjustments that took no more than 4 minutes. I was then told to pay £180.00. This company is a rip-off; please stay away from these scammers at all costs. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!"

Emergency call out. Didn't do job properly. Scammed money. Overcharged. Won't answer my calls. The telephone number on the website keeps changing. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Great service.. Called up last Monday as had lost keys my and needed to get the locks changed, Flavius came round about 20 minutes later and I have to say he was an absolute legend. Explained everything, did a great job and was very informative (you can tell he really knows his trade) Not the cheapest but not bad for an emergency evening call out. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: If any customers have been charged VAT by this company called “Next London Services Ltd”, the question is, is this company VAT registered? Reason: checked online and couldn’t find any VAT number for this company. Key was stuck in lock. I phoned the company up at night and explained the situation and the Eastern European sounding woman said not to worry and the locksmith will turn up and they have most locks and parts in their van. The Guy turned up in a old beaten up car with a cheap toolbox and battery operated drill but no locks or anything I could see in his possession. I asked him up front how much everything could cost at the very most. He gave me crazy quotes from £210 to break the lock or £400 in total. We thought we would go ahead and after breaking the old lock which I then noticed only took him 2 minutes to do with a drill but he was charging £210 to do it, he still couldn’t fix the lock the same night, came back the following morning and then said the total price including labour and VAT was £750 Yes you heard me correct. I asked for an invoice with the detailed breakdown of these costs but to date I have never ever received anything except an email to acknowledge payment was made. I can only assume they looked at my lovely flat and established how much money they can rip me off for. Please, please avoid this company unless you want to be ripped off big time. Take up with Trading Standards if you are reading this and are one of the customers ripped off in the past with dodgy bills and possibly dodgy “VAT” on top.
