Scammers, quoted 75£ on the phone and 160£ in person. Ended up with a 300£ just for drilling a lock out. Avoid at all cost! Made up prices on the spot! Website is full of fake reviews!

Three weeks. Multiple emails. Three phone numbers. Zero response.

I used this company when I was locked out and have since disputed a £75 call-out fee added to my invoice.
The invoice clearly shows:
£75 – Remove Key
£75 – Callout Fee
£150 subtotal / £180 including VAT

The problem is that their website prominently advertises “no hidden call-out fees” and states that customers will not be charged a call-out fee. Yet a £75 call-out fee appears quite clearly on my invoice.

I have tried to resolve this directly and have followed every route they provide. I emailed the email address printed directly on the invoice as well as on their website, multiple times.

I then called three different telephone numbers listed on the invoice/website. Each time, I was speaking to dispatch, and each time I was simply directed back to the email route. And this is where it gets particularly frustrating: it has now been three weeks and I have received absolutely no response.

So, to summarise:
They add a £75 call-out fee despite advertising no call-out fees. I dispute the charge. I contact them repeatedly. Their own dispatch team sends me back to email. I email repeatedly. And then… silence.

At this point, it is very difficult not to conclude that the strategy is simply to ignore the customer and hope the dispute goes away.

I have attached a photograph of the invoice as evidence. The £75 call-out fee is not something I am claiming exists, it is written on the invoice itself.
If there is a legitimate explanation for this charge and it is consistent with the company's advertising, I am still waiting to hear it.

Three weeks of silence is not customer service, and it certainly isn't how you resolve an invoice dispute.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering using this company to check the final invoice very carefully and get any promises about fees in writing before agreeing to the work.
