Peter was the most wonderful, reassuring and trustworthy person. He made a stressful situation straightforward and easy. I never leave reviews usually but really wanted to recommend him.

First of all:
Uses fake, unclickable Google review badges to trick customers in emergencies into believing they have a verified rating they don't actually possess!

​I called this service after being locked out and was quoted £75 over the phone for non-destructive lock picking.
​When the technician arrived, he took one look at my lock and immediately claimed it was a "special anti-picking lock," asserting it was even labelled as such. Without making a single attempt to pick it, he insisted the only option was to destroy and remove the lock completely. This abruptly pushed the price up to £129 plus VAT (roughly £150 total). Also, contradicting what it says on their website, he said that the price listed online 'is only for the call and does not include the work itself."

​Their website claims that non-destructive entry is their default method in "over 95% of jobs" and advertises transparent quotes with no hidden fees. My experience was the exact opposite:
​Fabricated claims: I retrieved the damaged lock from the bin afterward. It is a standard latch lock—there is no "anti-picking" label anywhere on it.

​Zero attempt at picking: The technician did not even try non-destructive entry before breaking the lock.
​Property damage: Destroying the lock left a visible hole in my front door.

​Using fabricated technical claims to justify an on-the-spot price hike and needlessly break a standard lock is unacceptable. I have formally requested a refund for the overcharged difference down to the original £75 quote. Avoid this company if you expect honest pricing and professional non-destructive entry.

Tried contacting the company through their online chat and phone. They redirected me to an unresponsive email, said that I'm 'harassing them' and blocked my number. Stay away from them.

We had an issue with alignment and closure of a uPVC door. After calling John arrived very quickly in about 20mins and was able to identify the issue and sort the problem in a timely fashion. Excellent service by John I would highly recommned him.

Left the keys on the kitchen table, front door locked. Locksmith arrived very fast, euro cylinder picked, zero damage. In and sorted. Super friendly and a pro. Kay is the best.

Arrived fast, opening it cleanly, no scratches or damage to the door. Sorted in minutes.

Upvc door stopped engaging after a loud snap. Diagnostic was fast, replaced the gearbox, and tested it thoroughly. Solid work.

Front door latch kept sticking every time I would go out.
He realigned the whole thing and tightened everything. Door opens and closes properly for the first time in years.

I managed to snap the key clean off in the cylinder after a rough morning. Got fitted a new eurocylinder. A lifesaver!

Bathroom door handle fell apart after i got out from a shower. The locksmith arrived quickly, sorted the handle and the lock, working smooth and got new handles.

My old rim lock on the back door finally gave up. Replaced with a new night latch. Feels much more secure and even the door closes better than before. Sam did a fantastic job.

John did a great job, he arrived within an hour and changed my lock in only 5 minutes. Quite a reasonable price too, would highly recommend

My key snapped and Dan turned up extremely quickly and opened the door in 2 minutes flat. I appreciate his efforts. Very reliable and efficient with reasonable fees.
