We offer a pre-planned service working with our clients to achieve the best and most secure results. Most so called 'locksmiths' you find online are looking for customers who find themselves in an emergency. We do not offer this type of reactive service and prefer to take longer specifying the best solution for our client's project.

Vali came out within half an hour after an attempted robbery at my house and reassured me by checking all the locks and fixing the one that was pushed out of place. He then spoke me through the entire locking fixture of the locks to explain how they worked which helped me and calmed me down. Thank you Vali!

I recently had an issue with my ERA nightlatch, and found London Locksmiths through the search engines.
David was prompt to respond, and immediately he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He quickly identified the issue (which was the result of a faulty installation). Throughout the process, I never felt like he was pushing for an expensive solution just becuase it would favour him. On the contrary, he consulted in the direction of a less expensive and invasive fix, which turned out to be just what I needed. Communication was great throughout. I would definitely recommend them.
