John provided an excellent service from start to finish. He arrived quickly, was professional and friendly, and resolved the issue without any hassle. Reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him if you need a trustworthy locksmith!

Called them as we locked ourselves out. Dispatcher confirmed that cost will be £75 plus VAT if simple opening.
Simple 6-pin cylinder thumbturn lock, so took 1 minute to open by the technician on site. Technician informed me that there will be additional £60 call out charge on top of the £75.
Clear scam as dispatcher confirmed the total cost beforehand. We will report the company to the police along with the call recording.

Christian was well mannered and polite the work was quickly done quickly done before I could have check and was handed all my keys...I would recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues at my work place..Very much appreciated.

John is great! He got us back into our house very promptly after we locked ourselves out. The new lock was a little gammy and John came back the following week to help us diagnose the problem and fix it. He did an excellent job figuring out what was putting tension on the lock and causing the issue, and he oiled the lock and sanded down the frame to help with the problem. He also gave us advice on what we could get builders to do to make the door and lock even smoother. Really great work and super customer service!

These people don’t care about you! My wife was planning to take a walk outside with our newborn and accidentally closed the doors and left keys inside. I called this company- call out fee £50 locksmith turned up within 35-40 minutes. As the locksmith explained to drill out a lock in main doors that would be expensive, I suggested to go through garden doors. Price for drilling out a simple lock £165! And replace with literally cheapest lock would be £55 for lock plus £45 install. I asked if he can take out a cat flap this way we can reach key left inside the doors and won’t need to drill any locks. He refused to do that as this way he cannot get his £265. Absolutely no care for customer whatever!! I even asked could he drill double patio door lock which is the simplest lock, and still price £165. Shocking! AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU JUST YOUR MONEY!! I literally paid this call out fee £50 and did the job by my self. Shame on me I didn’t checked this before calling these scammers.

Locked myself out of my flat in the rain. Called this company, they said it would be 20 mins, got there in about 10, took a total of 40 mins from being locked out to in my flat with a new lock fitted. Very quick turnaround

Within a second of contacting them, they replied via Whatsapp and someone came in less than 30 mns. Sergio was so efficient, helpful and pleasant. He was so fast that I was able to make it to my meeting with a new key in hand!

I used this company last night. They quoted £75 call out on their website and I confirmed this with the operator over the phone. The engineer charged me £226.80 to get into my property. When I asked why it was more expensive the engineer said because it was a more difficult job and he had to use a drill. When I asked what the £75 call out covered he said “picking the lock”. I think it is unethical, and surely illegal, to use such deceptive practices. Had I known the true cost I would have made some more phone calls. By being dishonest they took my right as a consumer away. Also, the website name is londonlocksmith24h.co.uk (when you click through on the link on Trustpilot it goes to this website) but the business name and address on their website is - LOCK SERVICES LONDON LTD 222 Boston Road, W7 2AD, London. And their Trustpilot name is different again - Locksmith Near Me London and the address is different 37 The Ridings, W5 3BT. They have thousands of 5 star reviews - that’s strange. Also. I can’t find a way to review them on Google.

When I called I was strictly told I that the charge of £90 is payable for a basic fix, when I asked if there were surplus charges I was again told that the charge is for a basic fix. When the locksmith came out he spent around spent 20 mins trying to open the door could not get it open. He then called me from his car to tell me to pay the £90 even though he had not got my door open. He then went on to tell me it would cost around £1200 as the lock was broken and the multi locking mechanism was stuck so it would need to be broken to open the door and then replaced!

The locksmith came on time and did what he supposed to do. Thank you John

Avoid!!! The pricing is not transparent. I was told there would be a £75 call-out fee, but at no point was it clearly explained what the total cost would be. The technician arrived quickly, but I ended up with a bill of over £400 for what was essentially a five‑minute job. After researching afterwards, it’s clear this was an extortionate overcharge—especially considering we chose the cheapest lock option they offered.
It felt like they were taking advantage of a vulnerable situation, when you’re locked out and have little choice. To make matters worse, after the lock was changed our bottom lock stopped working and the door wouldn’t shut properly, which was a serious safety issue. When I called to ask them to come back and fix it, the technician was rude on the phone and then spoke to my partner in a patronising way when he came out. He dismissed the problem as “wear and tear”. He pressured my partner into writing a positive Trustpilot review while she was still standing there. We will be deleting that review. Avoid at all costs!

I had an excellent, very fast service with this company and the locksmith Sergio was very nice and helpful. Perhaps on the high end price wise, but I think it’s just prices in London and it’s probably worth it. Seamless experience.

I received great friendly service, I’d locked myself out and was in a tight spot financially. This locksmith got me in my flat and helped secure the main front door as I was unable to get a replacement lock. Couldn’t be more satisfied with his service & learnt a little about locks too!
