Excellent service. I booked a wheelchair easily and it was delivered on time by very polite and helpful staff. I kept having to extend my hire and so had a number of dealings with the company. Every time they were friendly, helpful and courteous.

Excellent service, come straight away after ordering and the gentleman who delivered it was very helpful and provided us with all the information and instructions on how to use the wheelchair. Overall lovely service and will always use them again.

Very prompt service from delivery…
Very prompt service from delivery update to pickup update ! The chair was sturdy and clean ! The person who came to collect was very cheerful and efficient even though he had to take it up a flight of stairs !

I have had an excellent service from London Xpress during my visit to London, the scooter that I hired was delivered and collected on time, and I had no problems with it during my stay in the City, as I am disabled it was a lifesaver to enable me to get around on my own.
