A 5* service. Delivery and collection service happened without a problem. Communication was good.

This is the second time I have hired a wheelchair from London express when visiting the capital and I have already highlighted them to a group and charity I am part of for people like me who suffer Cauda Equina Syndrome. I don’t need a wheelchair all the time and to be honest most of the time I used it during this trip was as a walker to give me more support (I’m stubborn and don’t always like to admit I need help when I do). The wheelchair gave me more freedom and comfort to be able to explore the sights while in London and not have to worry about whether I was going to get too tired.
The price for a weekend is very good value for money, especially considering the freedom it gives me!
Drop off and pick up are seamless, the chair was already at the hotel before I arrived ready for me, and on departure day I received a call on the morning to let me know they were on the way. I honestly highly recommend London Express to anyone needing walking aids while in London!

We had absolutely wonderful experience. I hired a mobility scooter for my dad for a week and a wheelchair for week after. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. All worked well. Both mobility scooter and wheelchair were deliver to our home and picked up. I highly recommend this company and if we need a wheelchair again, we will use them again without any doubt. Thank you so much! My dad really enjoyed his visit!

We needed a wheelchair for a recently injured husband so we could go to an important event. We called London Wheelchair Hire and the service was fantastic. I spoke to the extremely helpful Michelle on the phone, who called the driver in our area and managed to find a spare wheelchair he could deliver that afternoon. Delivery went smoothly and the subsequent pick, up a few days later, went without an hitch. Every staff member we have spoken to, and met, has been efficient, over and above helpful and kind. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Thank you.

My rented mobility scooter was at full power and ready to use. BecUse of the Kings Coronation I was able to enjoy the day on the scooter where no cars were allowed. Next day I could leave scooter at hotel desk for pick up and not worry! Fantastic!

Fabulous customer service, easy process to rent, no fuss delivery and pickup and very happy with the wheelchair we were given. We rented the collapsible, light-weight wheelchair for my elderly father who was visiting London. The chair we received looked as good as new. We were able to collapse the chair and even though I am a petite woman, I was able to lift it easily and take it with us inside cabs, museums, etc. Also, the wheelchair was sturdy enough to be able to wheel my father all over London comfortably. I highly recommend this company!

I am absolutely astonished by the amazing service this company have provided. Ive always wanted to take a trip to London but been concerned of long I could last without crumbling to the ground. Since a young age I've and no feeling in my legs and Ive had to drag myself along the floor with my arms, and I really didn't know if I could drag myself along the streets and in and out of shops for a whole day, especially in the busy streets. but this company gave me my perfect wheelchair which was easy to drift and wiz through the city.

This is a great concept. My son is on chemo and I knew he wouldn’t manage all of the walking a trip to London entails.

The wheelchair was delivered early morning and was waiting at the hotel on our arrival at lunchtime. The wheelchair looked new and was perfect for our needs. Fuss free delivery and collection. A big thumbs up from us.

Amazing service from the phone call to book an electric scooter to it being delivered to my hotel in plenty of time.
It was the perfect size for the hustle and bustle of London and the delivery and collection was 100%

They are great - the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are fast, responsive, helpful, friendly, polite and go out of their way to make their service as easy and convenient as possible. I don’t bother with reviews but they were so good I felt I needed to say so.

This company and in particular Eddie who is actually my hero are amazing...he went above and beyond to deliver a wheelchair to my sons hotel at 7am in the morning after a very late night sos call from a extremely panic stricken mum in liverpool after my sons wheelchair broke on his first trip to London alone.. i am amazed such a wonderful service exists. Eddie was calm reassuring and extremely knowledgeable ...I will never forget your kindness even though I know your were very busy ....Thank you Eddie

This was an excellent service. The booking and delivery and collection of a motor scooter was seamless. The paperwork and written messaging was timely, accurate and helpful. Slightly less messaging would have worked equally well.
I would highly recommend this service.

The website was easy to navigate. The delivery gentleman was helpful and demonstrated how to operate the chair. The chair was clean and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Service was first class from start to finish. Great advice and help from Eddie when I first phoned to enquire about hire. Scooter was delivered and ready for us to use as agreed. Was comfortable abs easy to use and made the trip so much more manageable. Would definitely recommend the company and if needed will use again.
