Thank you so much to Carl and his apprentice at Livewest they came and did my kitchen what a fantastic result! I absolutely love my kitchen! The staff that came to my property to do the work were not only professional but so respectful of me and my space as they were working they were clearing up couldn’t fault them great team Thank you so much Livewest!

Had a bathroom refit! Whoop!
The manager was fab, helped us with our choices as we got to choose the colours and flooring etc.
The bathroom was done in a week, stripped out and everything made as good as possible, despite living in an old property! Sam was happy and polite and boy did he work hard! He kept his work area tidy and all rubbish was collected on the Monday after!

We just had a kitchen re-fit, all the workers were brilliant, respectful that they were in somebody's home, and all the workers were polite and respectful of our space. They asked us what improvements we would like done to the kitchen, and they completed all the improvements. They gave us a good choice of colours and materials to use, and they respected our choices and carried out the work accordingly. The end result is that we have the perfect kitchen carried out in a professional manner at all times, and a professional finish. Thank you, Livewest, from a very happy family(customers/Tenants) of a Livewest property.

I'm an ex Bromford tenant,
I beg of you if you are a tenant or employee or an executive member of board, do absolutely everything you can to not merge with Bromford housing.
Just take a look at the trust pilot reviews.
If you are a tenant and they do merge with them I recommend home swapper or your local government home choice scheme, get out don't become their tenants, check out housing ombudsman reports on Bromford, and check out the Facebook group specifically set up to shed light on how bad bromford are. Ask your local MP to get involved, get them to check with all other MPs that are currently dealing with complaints from their constituents about bromford, get your MP to act to not have this merger completed. Even local councillors and your council, act now before it's to late.

Unfortunately I live next door to a LiveWest property. The neighbours are great so no probs there. However the same cannot be said of the contractors employed by LiveWest. Scaffolding went up some 5-6 weeks ago. Work didn't start until week commencing 8 Sept. Actual work started 10 Sept. Lots of drilling high up on the rear elevation. I was not impressed to find bits of render and a LOT of sand all over my patio and plants as well as blowing into my back room. Worried for my dogs too. Spoke to the workers whose response was to put up a feeble barrier about the size of a smallish bath towel. Went outside into the garden to feed the birds. Found a five pound note which didn't make up for the detritus falling into my hair. Returned the fiver and insisted they stop drilling. I'm elderly and don't want to clear up their mess nor do I want them tramping through my home to sweep up. Had the work started shortly after the scaffolding went up I don't think the mess would have been anywhere near as bad. Why? It wasn't windy. LiveWest really do need to risk assess neighbouring properties as well as their own.
UPDATE 24/09/25 Pointless dealing with LiveWest who's response has been less than satisfactory. They appear to have accepted Team Pro Scaffolding response saying they'd laid matting. Absolutely untrue. Can see blue sky through the planks. H&S guidance states that nothing should escape the work site and protection e.g. netting should be installed. It seems neither Pro Scaffolding or LiveWest care a jot about H&S.

Guy came out shortly after the report was submitted. A new part was needed, he took it away and was back within hr, and job completed. Excellent service, polite guy. 12/10.

Is there some valid reason why we have been left without a lock on our back door for over a week, considering that my partner recently passed away and you are well aware that we have been receiving death threats from neighbours no matter what excuses you have been making for them?

It’s the resales team I’m having issues with, there is no RICS valuation required just to make you aware. I would like to speak to a Director or Higher resales management but it doesn’t seem to happen the whole process is so stressful, sleepless nights and constant worry. Was never like this when I purchase but selling is so difficult.

I had a few hiccups when I moved into my livewest home, but I have to commend them on their efforts to sort out the problems very quickly. The staff are friendly and approachable and its very reassuring to know that they will do whatever possible if you have any issues with your home.
