Poor support, not recommended.
Discovered that the alarm was not working for the first 8 months, Lifeconnect knew about this but did not tell us, no emails, no phone calls. It didn't come to light until I tried to test it. Waited and waited for them to respond to my complaint, they eventually called me just before the subscription expired (surprise surprise). The subscription for the second year was almost doubled! I have completely given up on them and ordered through Careline. Terrible service, avoid.

Great service from Lifeconnect24
whilst visiting my elderly mum, we identified a problem with her Lifeconnect24 system. Neither the base station or the pendant were responding to being activated. I contacted them and spoke to Miranda who was very professional and sympathetic to our problem. She was able to identify a faulty emergency pendant, which had caused an issue with the base station. Miranda got both items working and ordered a replacement pendant straight away. The service I received was great and a real comfort to me to know my mums assisted by this company and its staff.

I'm 83 and phoned a member of staff to discuss my renewal as it was too high for me to afford. Spoke to a lovely man who managed to get me a discount. My old bracelet etc. was low on battery so he arranged a replacement which arrived the very next day. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Absolutely abysmal customer service
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Contacted and told we would receive a free upgrade. Called up as nothing received was told no notes to say this. Told it would cost another 200£ odd on top. Said no im not paying this. Then we were contacted to say the battery in my mums pendant is flat and they need to send a replacement. This was last year. With lots of things going on I didnt follow up until I got an email today saying to switch over...... well I called up no notes on the account again. This company are useless. So basically if she had a fall her alarm wouldnt have worked. Absolute joke of a company. Boycott as they only want your money.

Phoned with a problem with the box…
Phoned with a problem with the box (flashing light, not calling when pressed) the lovely lady helped to reset the box and fix the problem. All done and tested very quickly and with reassurance that it was all working again. Many thanks
