I received my new pendant not knowing the battery on my old one was running low and had help setting it up.
A slick replacement of my fall alarm.
I didn’t actually buy anything, you sent me a new fall alarm as you said the battery was failing. I wasn’t sure what was happening as I was advised my purchase from Careline 365 had been dispatched. However everything operated smoothly. When I linked the alarm to my box it was straightforward and then when I called to test the alarm the people I spoke to were very helpful and caring.
Lifeconnect 24 Home Alarm Dongle Replacement
Lifeconnect 24 advised of need to replace neck worn dongle for my mother’s home alarm system. All the preliminary communications and new dongle delivery were done seamlessly. Dongle arrived quickly and with clear set up instructions that took just a few minutes to complete.

You have sent some new equipment, but following a conversation of Frioday I am still awaiting infrmation about your device that works off wifi within the home and sim card when outside/out of range of the receiver. If you can't confirm this we will not be renewingthe contract at the end of this month.
Ring back Worry
Excellent staff (when you get to speak to them) - but the wait time to get through is still not good although slightly better than last year which was terrible
The ring back is good but when you have a query and have somebody ringing for you when you are ill it is a worry that you won't ring back when the helper is still there and then the call won't be any good, there needs to be a time frame or say we will call back within 30 minutes or 1 hour so you know where you are

Friendly and knowledgeable agent (Eric) phoned me about my mothers Lifeconnect24 box. Perfect timing as I was going to call them anyway regarding the digital upgrade. All sorted now, just need to set up the new unit at mum's home. Only concern was the double price (£399) for the annual monitoring service.

It took 2 hours to cancel the subscription for 2026, yesterday. The address labels had not arrived so I still have the equipment waiting to post back to you. I phoned yesterday to complain that the subscription for 2026 had been taken off my credit card, although it had been cancelled. It has been a disappointing and inefficient experience
My mum has been without a working alarm…
My mum has been without a working alarm pendant for weeks without realising it did not work! Last week I received a email saying the battery may not be working due to battery life expectancy. On phoning my mum the pendant did not work last week!!We were expecting the new pendant to arrive last week after the email. But on my arrival this week it had not been delivered.So I phoned to find out it had not been ordered. Also the life expectancy of the battery is only 18/24 months. Which we did not know about!! As we have been told this I shall write a reminder in my diary. But I should not have to do this….. I feel the amount of money we are paying this battery replacement should be automatically replaced, or a phone call to the service user at a yearly date to check. My mum is forgetful and does not always remember to test the pendant or remember about the battery in a years time. Please can you review and remedy this situation in your company.
Rip Off
I am 83 and for several years have had a pendant alarm system provided by LifeConnect 24 which connects to my landline phone. BT are changing phones over to VOIP using the internet and the alarm system has to have new equipment to continue to work. I was informed by BT that my landline will be converted next month and rang Life Connect to tell them. The wanted to charge £65 for the new equipment and informed me that my annual payment would be increased from £169 paid last April to £350 due this April. I canceled the alarm and will make do with carrying my mobile phone around everywhere. Another example of pensioners being taken for a ride. I had been very pleased with them over the years but luckily had not needed to use them. Shame about the ending.
