I am not aware I have bought anything from you recently. I have received a replacement battery for my pendent which I have fitted \& tested which is ok. So thank you for this. If you required a star value for the replacement battery I would give it a 5 star.

Further to my review of 28th April, and another 5 phone calls made, I am still waiting for a prepaid returns label to be emailed to me, (something that can be done in 5 mins -it's not rocket science!). I have asked for a contact name/number/email address for a manager or someone to complain to. They said they raise a complaint their end and someone will call back. Still have heard nothing. Meanwhile they are holding my money and my refund is no where to be seen. My only other option now is to take this matter to the ombudsman or small claims court. THIS COMPANY IS RUBBISH & DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, PHONE CALLS OR EVEN BAD REVIEWS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
I wish I had never come across this company. I have had to make numerous phone calls since the 4th April and still they have my money. They should not be allowed to pose as an Irish company with an .ie website and have all price in euro, when they are not in the country. THIS IS AN ENGLISH BASED COMPANY!! And despite what they claim, they are not the leading alarm people in Ireland.

Although my emails were not acted on, when I rang customer services, the nice lady immediately arranged to send off a replacement watch which I received within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Told your company many times my grandad had passed away. I asked then I demanded you too cancel the plan but you didn’t care because I’m not the account holder .im still working out how to cancel then plan because my grandad is dead and he is the account holder after weeks of no reply you try and take money for another year lucky I blocked all purchase from your company.now you are send another alarm for him to use no idea why?????

Easy setup, gives you piece of mind at a reasonable price. Their customer service is uk based and great. When testing the alarm they respond in under a few seconds. Very reassuring

Would just like to let everyone know if you decide to go with this company the yearly rate sounds good when you start , just be prepared for it to double for the following year .
