It has taken me to ask for my formal complaint to be escalated and approx 6-8 weeks for a replacement pendant to be received. All the whilst we are paying for a service that we aren’t receiving. Really not happy with Life connect - service isn’t acceptable

My parents upgraded to a digital alarm but had significant issues when trying to install it. Sue from Customer Service called me back and patiently spent time talking me through how to reset the alarm and re-pair the pendant alarm triggers. This was accomplished with warm politeness by Sue despite a few errors on my part! Thank you very much Sue!

Telephone system is just diabolical, press this press that then long waits while being told I'm important to you. I don't think so.

Very happy with everything but there was a one month delay between telling me that my pendant might not work and that I should press the alarm button on the console and carry a mobile phone with me at all times.
So if I did fall and couldn.t use my phone or press the alarm button? That's why I pay for the fall alarm system.

Sue talked me through all the features of the new digital equipment that will need to be installed at my mother’s house as she will soon be updated to Digital Voice. Sue explained things clearly especially how the new works through both a mobile signal and broadband.

I've been using your equipment for some time now and appreciate the fact that I feel protected living on my own as an elderly man.
The current 'purchase' is a new call alarm as the battery in my earlier one was low. I had difficulty with that one in that the catch on the pendant was a bit loose so the alarm would fall off occasionally. I was pleased to see my new alarm catch seems more secure. Thank you.

Slow to answer but helpful when connected

I called to say my new unit would not connect to the base unit and after waiting for 5 minutes got a message that the waiting time to be connected to customer service was 20 minutes. This is not acceptable

I enjoy a first class service and constant response when needed which is much appreciated.

I didn’t receive my new pendant until Saturday and I had some queries and the people who dealt with me were polite and extremely helpful and kind. If I didn’t understand something they were very patient with me and considerate a very big thank you to all

On the last Saturday afternoon of November 2025 I was walking across the kitchen floor I decided to put a small glass dish I was carrying on the counter top. I made a sharp right turn, on doing so I lost my footing and fell sideways to the floor. I knew I had broken something and found I couldn’t move. There was no one expected here until the next morning and I feared I wouldn’t survive. I’m 90 years old and in poor health.
I remembered the Help Link. I was never a great fan of the Help Link but my best friend insisted I wear it. She was so right and I was grateful. I found the Link on my neck and promptly pressed it. The phones started to ring. Soon my friend came through the back with some of her family. They made me as comfortable as they could. Meanwhile my friend was phoning for an ambulance. Nothing was available for ten hours. It was ten o’clock pm when it arrived. That’s when I realised I would hopefully survive after a spell in Craigavon, Lurgan Rehab Hospital and three weeks further recovery at Sunnymead Care Home.
I owe a great thanks to my dear friend for looking-out for me and encouraging me to wear LifeConnect 24

You have no right to take money from my account without my permission. You did this on 12th Feb with no reminder that my contract would not end until 11tg March. I contacted you and said that I was not renewing with you as you have charged over 50% more. I demanded my money back. I. Was told that I would be sent a label to send equipment back but as yet no label. Today I received an email telling me that my renewal was due. What service!

You charged ahead and sent this stuff leaving me no time whatever to tell you my wife had died two weeks ago and so it is redundant. All you have succeeded in doing is causing me a nuisance by landing stuff on me that is of nompossible use. I responded to this effect the moment I received yoyur message the stuff, unrequested, was coming

Told them my dad passed away 9 months ago but still kept sending emails saying equipment needs charging and even dispatched more equipment day after I rung them again a few days ago. All this has brought my grief to the surface again
