A very helpful lady called Sue talked me through checking why my alarm wasn’t working and this proved successful. It was the third day after a technician ticket had been logged and hadn’t responded. Sue was extremely helpful so I was very happy with the service she provided.

Finally arrived end of February.
My new dongle went off accidentally tried to get through on the emergency line
Finally they phoned me and I cancelled an Ambullance turned up later that night so was never cancelled they tried to contact me but fast asleep
And deaf without hearing aids so never heard anything
Very upsetting for my wife who is bedridden.

Does what it says on the tin; the new(ish) line check is a bit of a faff as I really don't want to stand in a chilly passage answering questions when I m just checking the connection is OK.
Excellent customer service
Alarm failed to work on 3 occasions. Each time the company resolved the problem quickly and efficiently but worrying for my mother that it failed when she needed it. Unit and wrist band were replaced next day after 3rd time.

Very friendly contact who explained everything thoroughly. Prompt delivery of new equipment that was easy to install and test
Cancelation wasn’t easy
Have no comments regarding their monitored services but I phoned up to cancel the service for my mother who no longer needed it and was told that my direct debit was cancelled. The following day I received an email confirmation that it was cancelled but this morning they took out almost £400 out of my bank account. When contacting them the first two calls they cut me off but on the third they said it’d take up to ten days until I receive my money back !! Hope this happens or I will escalate matters.
Miranda
My system failed and after many frustrating phone calls to and promises of help from the Technicians after almost a week I was considering leaving this company and ready to set up with another BUT on the Thursday I decided to give them one more phone call-£48.00 spend on calls, on my Bill-because up until then I had had no problem, a lady called Miranda saved the day, did everything that was required, knew exactly what she was doing, new "machine arrived the next day. Miranda helped set it up with all the testing etc. A lovely person who showed so much empathy towards an older person it was unbelievable. Thanks Miranda you are a "Life Saver"

I found it very confusing receiving 2 emails from different names Lifeconnect24 and Careline365 both telling me I would receive a pendant alarm, I had to call to see who was actually sending me a pendant alarm! It wasted my time holding on the phone for sometime to be told “oh it’s the same company”. Try informing your customers that!!
Carrie was excellent
Carrie was excellent. Vey knowledgeable and helped us understand the change to the digital system. It was a light and easy conversation and we had a laugh along the way. It’s not very often I enjoy parting with money but this call was an exception. Well done Carrie - keep up the good work.
