I don’t have Digital Voice yet, so was worrried it might not work.
It works very well. Calls use broadband and if that fails there are TWO sims to connect to any network. ❤️
Great friendly sales service
I've yet to receive or use the product, but the sales team (Jos) have been great at helping me to understand the options and give clear concise answers to my questions. Just hoping that the service lives up to the pitch.

Not only was he knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful, he was also incredibly friendly and likeable - I loved chatting with him! Five stars for Prince, an asset to the Life Connect team for sure!

Stress free updating to a new digital unit
Spoke to Carrie who talked through the process of updating my mother’s unit to a digital one. New unit arrived in next days post. Very straightforward set up for a nontechnical person.

I was horrified to see that my annual subscription had increased from £199 last year to £363.88 this year. I know that my alarm is now digital through my router rather than through the landline, and inflation has to be taken into account, but I find it hard to understand this huge increase.
Overall, pretty good
It was all very smooth and I managed to install it unaided, rather to my surprise.
It would have been five stars except it took over a week to reach me and I had to pay customs on it.
But I guess neither of these are your fault
Upgrading made easy
Had a letter to upgrade my system to digital so duly rang the number and got through to Prince who was so friendly and helpful, making sure I understood everything he was saying.

Dangerous scam.
It's a total scam. Their "fall detection" alarms DO NOT WORK. My gran has fallen 5+ times wearing the bracelet and it has never detected the fall. I even tried dropping the bracelet harshly onto the floor and it didn't detect anything. So they sent out a new bracelet but it's just as bad, if not worse than the first one. Furthermore, the bracelet does not say "help" or "alarm" on it, so how is an elderly person with dementia supposed to know what their bracelet is even for??
This company is guilty of heinous and deliberate endangerment of vulnerable people.

SERVICE FAILURE
On 10th March I phoned to report my box was not connecting with the falls team. Was told someone would be in touch. Phoned again on 13th March and given the same message. Heard nothing so phoned again on 18th March feeling annoyed by the lack of response. This time Sue answered your phone who was very helpful. She talked me through a simple reboot and all was sorted. Well done to Sue but a very poor show from your company who are offering a safety service at a price which is why I have only given 3 stars.

It has taken me to ask for my formal complaint to be escalated and approx 6-8 weeks for a replacement pendant to be received. All the whilst we are paying for a service that we aren’t receiving. Really not happy with Life connect - service isn’t acceptable
