Calling this debt management company, Lantern, has been enlightening to say the least.
I understand they’re probably not all the same, but experiences like this really help reduce the stigma that can comes with debt management services. I felt completely listened to and never judged at any point.

He made it easy to set up a new DD going forward and very understanding about a missed payment, also lantern don't charge for a missed DD which some companies do,so fair play to them for that!
They are very good towards your financial situation and will only take what you can afford !
