The customer service was great
The customer service was great, he went through everything with me and was apologetic when the system was running slowly which was fine with me, had a little chat while waiting and then go it all sorted. Went there what I needed to know and i felt very happy afterwards.

I had a fantastic customer service agent called Andrea, I have brain damage and usually these phone calls are so stressful that my brain throws out a pain signal which mean more medication and I’m led up for days, How ever she was so reassuring and peaceful that my brain has not punished means I am able to do normal things

Been really patient with me gave me a 30 day hold when my circumstances changed and really appreciate there help the guy I spoke with was very understanding and even though I'm in a manic house hold kids arguing dog being sick he was patient waited for me to deal with my life problems at home and then we carried on the call very helpfull
