Lancashire Lighting Omdömen 

I bought several times from Lanscashire Lighting. The website could be better and easier to use, but they have a vast array of lighting goods. I've always been happy with the quality.
what I value is the fact that they ship promptly and I always receive the goods within a couple of days of ordering.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I received my wall lights and they were badly damaged so I tried calling them several times and no answer just says busy, another line saying having problems with phones. Emailed several times and no reply, chat on line surprise surprise NO answer. So it’s time for consumer protection.

Hi I ordered wall lights and paid 2/3 days delivery charge on 21/1/26 I have still not received my wall lights? It is now 29/1/26, spoke to a chat online and told them about it and said I was not happy, they said they were being dispatched today because they had been unable to find them in the warehouse, said this is not my problem I have paid for a service I have not received and they shut the chat. Here’s hoping they arrive tomorrow and that I get my postage back.

Soo, I ordered 2 product's from them, which turned out to be out of stock,, which they emailed me explaining this on the Friday,,, 2 days after ordering ( even though delivery was supposed to be 2 - 3 days) and it is now Wednesday the following week & I still haven't even received any rely email from them, let alone spoken about having my money back. Though, of course, they were quick enough to take it. Really not good service

The product was in polystyrene which was not properly made and was sticky and made a dreadful mess when the package was opened. The light was faulty and sparked and buzzed and smoke rose from the top while the light flashed on and off. I wrote to you immediately to point this out. That was over a week ago and I have had no response. I cannot recommend you and feel I have made a mistake in choosing to buy from you.

The light I ordered has 3 glass domes in pink, I was sent 2 pink one black, no reply to emails, web chats and telephone line constantly engaged.

I never received my items. I emailed customer support and never recieved a reply. I never received a refund. DO NOT order from this company. Absolute cowboys

Wanted a specific lighting to match some we already had. Tried several outlets higher up the search engine only for them to show inventory that didn’t exist and cancel order. Full marks to Lancashire for accurate availability and swift dispatch.

Arrived in good time and exactly as ordered

Ordered on 28 August and still have not received dispatch notice almost 3 weeks later. One phone line is constantly engaged, another goes to a recorded message saying they are unable to take calls and to contact them via email or their website, neither of which respond. Going through PayPal resolution service and ordering elsewhere as these are needed for a job that starts on Monday.

Order placed and acknowledged via email. One week later no other information received. Website stated delivery 3 days. Telephoned and emailed them but no reply. Never received my item I ordered. Paid via PayPal so had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

My order has not arrived and they have ignored all of my emails to them about it.

ordered the goods well over a week ago have heard nothing and not received the goods.
no notification of them being despatched either

Paid for next day on Wednesday, did not get delivery next day and missed the delivery the following day (friday) so will have to wait for monday!

This is an urgent repairs required by Monday so drove from london to Liverpool and the shop was closed down even though the website and phone message says they are open Saturday until 5pm!!!!
