The measurement that they said they would send was shorter than advertised. I’ve been trying to get a response from the company but to no avail.
I have sent numerous emails and have got nothing back and phone number can’t receive calls due to a technical issue that’s been since last week.

Correct item delivered promptly well chuffed 😄

Easy to use website with a large range of lighting parts. Ordering is straightforward, despatch prompt with advice of delivery.

Very quick service - item well packaged and works

Twice I’ve been sent the wrong fitting, a no hole celling rose instead of a three hole celling rose. Their phone line doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails, absolutely awful, don’t buy from them you don’t know what you’re going to get. I wished I’d checked out some reviews first.

I placed a small order of two bulbs for an electric fire. They arrived 11 days after I placed the order. The bulbs themselves are fine and work okay. I tried to contact Lancashire Lighting to find out why my order was delayed (2-3 working days is the norm). I received no response to an email, no response to a message via the website, and the phone line was out of order. I had no communication from LL throughout. I did get regular updates from the courier (Evri) once they had collected my order from LL. Really disappointed with the customer service. There may have been good reasons why it was so poor, but I had no contact from LL so am unaware.

Excellent product. Easy to use website. Helpful friendly staff. Very prompt delivery.

The parcel wasn't received. I got a red ring box instead.

I posted a previous comment when I received the wall lights from Lancashire Lighting complimenting their customer service. I have now installed the lights and they are perfect. So overall, I'm really happy with the choice of lights, the speed of delivery, the packaging, the quality of the lights and the overall customer service. Well done and thank you to Lancashire Lighting.

The items purchased were described in detail on the listing including one critical dimension that other sellers ignored. Whilst the cost per unit was higher than I was comfortable with, this was the only example of its type I could find in the UK. Delivery was not as quick as I had anticipated but time is not a real factor in this case

Ordered a replacement shade, wrong one sent but not obviously different until it broke whilst fitting it. Emails ignored,phone never answered £25 out of pocket.Do not deal with this company.

No communication beyond initial atomated email response following purchase, invoice stated 3-4 days for delivery, no show for 8 days, no response to emails and unanswered calls , saving grace was the money paid re-appearing in my bank in week 2. Poor way of doing business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Wrong items arrived and there is no customer service!! Phone number doesn't work, emails go unanswered and chat doesn't respond. Items returned in the hope of a refund but no response. Also spent so long trying to resolve the issue that PayPal refused a refund as it over 30 days.

Still awaiting delivery of items listed as in stock weeks beyond the estimated delivery date. No updates received or any response to a follow email enquiry. Poor service and communication.

Ordered and paid for product on 10/2/26 with 2-3 days delivery.
still not received on 24/2/26 and company has not responded to my emails. Tried several times to call their number but its always engaged.

I have had no notification that my order has been sent. No replies to my emails. Constant engaged tone on 0330 number. Message that there will be no reply on 0151 number. I have therefore cancelled the order and will shop elsewhere.

It has been permanently engaged for the past eight weeks now!

I bought three identical lights for over £400. One light developed a fault. After giving up on calling, I gave a try to the chat. It was not straight forward but eventually I was given a return label and returning was straight forward.
The fixed light was returned to me in about 2 weeks and an electrician arrived to re-fit it. When tested, the light did not accept commands from the remote controller.

The phone line being continually engaged I tried the chat with the electrician waiting. Half way through the chat it broke down and the line where you type disappeared from the screen.
The chat reverted to a send e-mail window. Character limits were not shown and half the typed message was lost when the send button was pressed. Two hours later no answer. Light not fitted. Electrician has left. Case ongoing!
Last night the second of the three lights developed a loud noise when dimmed and now sounds like a ceiling fan when dimmed. Case ongoing!
