Ordered some flowers and a card for mother's day to arrive the day before 14th. Didn't arrive then or Mother's day 15th. In fact didn't arrive at all. No apology, no reason no refund until I complained.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS. Quick to take your money but 10 days to pay it back. Disgusting.
Company is a joke
I have seen a number of good reviews for this company however I didn’t receive a good service. My Mother’s Day flowers didn’t arrive on time, being a mother I was very disappointed. When calling the company they made out it was my fault as I shouldn’t have accepted the flowers and now they want me to pay to get them returned. The company is an absolute joke. Take my advice use your local florist you receive better customer service

Do not order anything from this company if you want them to be delivered on a specific date. Flowers arrived 2 days late, which is an especially big issue given you're trying to surprise someone and told them to be home to receive them on a certain day. Customer service was very unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Poor delivery…
No flowers delivered currently so I cannot comment on the quality. My issue is with delivery times. At the point that I placed my order it asked what delivery date I would like. I chose the following day (Saturday 21st March) and duly paid my £4.99 shipping fee. Today (Sunday 22nd March) I received a royal mail tracking number! I am aware that they do not deliver on Sundays therefore I now expect my flowers to arrive on Monday 23rd March. This is unacceptable. Why give the option of next day delivery if you know you are unable to fulfill it????? I'm disappointed as this is for a relative that is end of life and would have been nice to arrive when I knew someone would be there to help put the flowers in a vase. Sadly this is now unable to happen so feels like a bit of a waste of money now. I would avoid in future unless delivery dates can be guaranteed unfortunately.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, and they didn't arrive until the Monday. This wasn't such a huge issue, but the poor ass flowers she recieved and the non existent customer service definitely is.
Firstly when the flowers arrived, they were dry as a bone, not a drop of water, so the roses were brown and dying. Secondly they weren't even the bunch I ordered. I wanted a beautiful colourful array, what came were quite dull. I double checked the site, and nothing stated they would differ from the pictures.
I contacted them straight away. I have emailed at least 4 times, and rang them on several occasions, leaving messages, as it would continuously ring and then end with "all our agents are busy". No one has answered my emails or returned my calls, and it's now over 72hrs since first contact
Again, do not waste even a penny with this place.
Nothing Arrived!!!
Ordered a yellow bouquet for my daughter in laws birthday. Delivery was for 18th March, now 7pm on 19th March still no sign of any flowers.
I have sent 3 emails and tried calling at least 10 times today, which is a total waste of time, nobody answering at all.
Post Office 24hour tracking still saying they are waiting for the package.
I shall be asking for my money back. So so disappointed but disgusted with this company.

Have tried contacting several times to resolve the many issues and still no response of many attempts of contacting them.
Would never use again or reccomend!!
Flowers were delivered day prior to chosen and paid for delivery date.
Due to recipient being away was to why a particular date was chosen.
Flowers and chocolates were left in a bin
On opening the order the chocolate was not what I’d paid for and replaced with an another which I was not informed or notified of.
My mum didnt want to tell me the poor state they were in as didn’t want to upset me but the flowers were not in good condition and many disposed before even displaying.
I’ve sent several emails and tried calling and left on the fb page and still nothing from them. We are now 4 days in from my initial contact and nothing

My daughter ordered the white large bouquet, with chocolate's and a balloon.
We have had the following issues:-
1) The flowers were delivered on 15.03.26
2) Not the 16th as per order.
3) Box was left in a bin, in full sun...
4) if this was an aqua bouquet then the water had evaporated
5) Milk tray chocolate's were ordered
6) Roses chocolate's were delivered
7) The flowers when opened were in a sad state
8) The said flowers are not suitable or in a satisfactory condition 4 days
9) No responses to any emails from myself or daughter.
10) No response from the answer message I left
My advice would be to stear clear of this company, I feel that they take you money and run, they send out sub-standard blooms.
Also, call a local florist to where the recipient lives, read their reviews and order from one you feel happy with.
I've tried to leave a review on their website, but im not a verified customer, just the recipient!!

Ordered flowers on the 23rd Feb to be delivered 15th march for mother's day. 10th march got a dispatch email to be received by royal mail. Was slightly annoyed as early dispatch but thought better early than never. Package hasn't moved since then. It's now Saturday 14th @15.50 and package still hasn't been received by royal mail! No chance of them being received for mother's day. So thanks for that 😟
15th march 4pm.- no sign of any flowers. A response via email from the company advises Royal Mail are experiencing delays and to allow an extra 1-3 days! The flowers are not required in 1-3 days, I cannot postpone Mother's Day. So alternative purchased, Mum happy, and expecting a full refund or I will ask my bank to do a chargeback.
March 17th - company have stopped responding too me, royal mail tracking still not updated. Asked bank to do a chargeback.
March 18th. Still not updated on tracking. All I get back via email is the only way to get a refund is to refuse delivery. Well... They actually need to get to the address too be refused!!
I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO LEAVE A GOOGLE REVIEW, THE COMPANY ACTUALLY RESPOND ON THERE AS THEY HAVE A RATING OF 4.9.

Ordered a large bunch to be delivered the day before mother's day but was dispatched way too early and got hold of them the Thursday, to my avail the flowers were half dead no water like what you'd buy reduced 'whoopsies' at a supermarket. Tried to contact them beforehand to raise concerns about early dispatch no answer, once received the flowers tried to call them several times and emailed a few times still no reply, never again considering contacting trading standards or BBC rogue traders because as you can see with the other reviews on here there's a pattern.
