Good shed… good price!
This shed arrived when it should have. My son and his girlfriend helped me build the shed… well they built it and I just held the parts when needed! It went together really well and all in all probably took 4-5 hours. Instructions were good and the finished shed looks great in the garden. A great product at a great price. Thank you.

Think before you buy
I have finally had the shed (8x8’ metal) put together by two professionals. The claim on the instructions was 2-4 hours. That is very misleading. The actual time should be stated as 2-4 days. I watched these guys struggling with every bit of the shed. The roof pieces had to have new holes drilled as nothing would.fit. The door would not come together and close. The whole thing was a complete nightmare as the instructions were so bad. The two professionals building it did not charge me for all their time spent as it took them so much longer than anticipated. I really would advise anyone to think twice before purchasing this shed.
Addendum:
Breeins contacted me about the above, trying to help. They offered a small refund as a gesture of goodwill. I cannot fault their customer service, however my comments about the shed still stand.

Terrible experience
I bought two items from this company. I bought a door canopy and a small shed. Both were ordered the same day. The total amount spent was just under £300. The delivery of canopy was quite quick. However box was damaged. Both corners of the canopy were damaged. Emailed them as no telephone contact and received an email back a couple of days later to ask if I wanted a replacement or 30% off. I couldn’t use it so asked for a replacement. Next day I thought I was receiving my shed. We needed it urgently. I had the delivery by DHL and opened the box to find out they only delivered box 2 of 2. Only part of the shed was delivered. But this time you can imagine I was very angry as both purchases has issues. I emailed again with pictures. Received an email to say second box was being delivered separately. Still not received the other box. This is two days later. I’ve asked for a full refund on all purchases and heard nothing back from that email. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. I’m not sure if it’s DHL that’s at fault here or the company. But what screams as a red flag for me. You can’t speak to anyone instantly if you have a problem. You can only rely on email. This is terrible. I’m out of pocket buy quite a substantial amount of money and no response to advise what’s happening.
Just to add. I had an email this morning offering me £20 off the canopy I purchased which is broken. Even after I’ve sent pictures of it. They can see I can’t use it, and they are still trying to locate my second parcel would I accept £10 good will gesture. Then they have the audacity to say in this reply they don’t know anything about it. This company is a joke.

Company is a scam
Company is a scam, misrepresentation of products. Impossible to get in touch, make it impossible to return products. If you are buying from them make sure you cover all bases and look at all fine print.

Very complicated and tedious to build
It took 2 of us 5 days to complete. The instructions were reasonably easy to follow but there were so many parts! The holes for many screws were too small and had to be drilled out. Especially in the base and support struts for the lid.
The plastic coating of the panels is easily damaged.
There are many very sharp edges and this is an ongoing concern for continued use.
Once built we are generally ok with the finished product. It does the job it was bought for.

Not that great
Item arrived bent and bashed in some areas. The construction took a very long time. The doors do not line up. The lock is not safe and can easilly be opened without a key

3m square garden cantilever parasol.

I ordered a metal garden shed
I ordered a metal garden shed, I’ve paid a lot of money for someone to come out and fix it, I’m now left with a shed with missing panel.
So dissatisfied and no contact number, in the mean time I’ve half a shed built, which will probably damage it.

Missing parts on parasol
Missing parts on parasol, have filled in online forms twice, never get any response. The parasol is ok, the base is ok, neither have the connecting pole included, so it won't stand it up! Useless customer service.
Since Breeins replied: amazing the quick response on here but nothing from the email webforms to customer services on their website. I bought Breein products via BrandAlley with missing parts, definitely not an error in terms of review. I have been trying to contact Breeins for weeks, no response except to discredit my review here.

Unresponsive customer service
I ordered a parasol that arrived with missing parts, and I have been trying to resolve the issue through customer service. The only solution offered was to wait up to four weeks for a replacement part. Given that this is a parasol intended for summer use, that is simply not an acceptable solution. I require a replacement parasol.
Customer service responds only once per day, and I have now gone five days without any response at all. As a result, resolving this issue has taken far longer than it should.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Breeins to anyone. My next step may be to make a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to recover my money and to report the matter to Trading Standards.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if they do not want to face a similar experience.

I JUST WANT A REFUND!
I ordered a 6x4 metal shed directly from Breeins which arrived in unacceptable condition, with multiple dents and scratches to the side panels. The product is clearly damaged and not fit for use.
What has made this experience even worse is the customer service. Instead of arranging a straightforward collection and refund, the company repeatedly tried to offer partial discounts for me to keep a damaged item. I was even advised to try and sell the shed on myself despite the fact it arrived damaged in the first place.
I have made it clear from the beginning that I simply want the faulty item collected and a full refund issued, yet this has turned into an exhausting back-and-forth over email because there are no proper customer service contact details available on their website.
Very disappointing experience overall. Poor product quality, poor aftercare, and extremely frustrating customer service. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
