Terrible Delivery Service!
I ordered two pairs as was unsure of the size & have since returned the 9.5 size as was happier with the size 9, however, I’m still waiting for the refund to go through!
I would have given a higher score if it wasn’t for the fact that you use the courier Evri who are notoriously the worst courier service in the UK.
It took nearly three weeks for me to receive my order after receiving confirmation it had left your store!…… absolutely ridiculous!

K-Swiss trainers are my favorites for playing tennis and have worn them for years. The trainers arrived and look great, but are the most uncomfortable pair I’ve ever purchased very disappointing worn twice and my Achilles are hurting.

Absolutely perfect trainers
Absolutely perfect trainers. Great colour and great design as always, hubbie only likes these due to the extra width without it being weird looking lol. Delivery could be a bit quicker nowadays but still a great shoe. Getting pricey for some however.

Product went missing after delivery as…
Product went missing after delivery as I was on holiday and courier did not follow instructions regarding leaving parcel in safe place. Evri have been infirmed of this and have so far not reached any conclusion.
