Undelivered Tennis shoes
I ordered tennis on 16th September, they have never been delivered. Have emailed 3 times with no success, no reply, disgraceful ,,,can anyone help …

1 star as I could not give 0. Dreadful and will never use again. Despite having a couple of pairs of their shies which are good & last. I ordered a limited 60 year edition. Nearly 2 months and despite having a dispatched email. No tracking available & tracking link shows now expired. Numerous attempts to contact all ignored. Ended up contacting K-Swiss USA & apparently they cannit contact their UK/EU branch. So how do they communicate internally? Total joke no trainers, no contact but gladly took my money. Will never buy from them again.

After buying several pairs of trainers before
After buying several pairs of trainers no problem, this time round I bought several pairs of McLaren ones (very comfy and hard wearing). These were in the clearance due to leaving the website in September, so last chance to buy.
After two weeks tracking showed as passed through customs and then after this returned to sender. Contacted customer services who said you would have to reorder (impossible as they’re no longer on the website) and they wouldn’t resend the package as it would be damaged?!
Utter nonsense from customer services, how could it not be possible to resend the items that are no longer in stock and aren’t going to be put back on the website. Begs the question as to who gets these rather expensive trainers then?

Very narrow. I bought my usual size in KSwiss but they were very tight and narrow.

The trainers would be my second pair…
The trainers would be my second pair from K Swiss as they are excellent trainers for playing court games. They provide good cushion for my feet even after 2 hours play on a hard court. However, delivery was terrible. The date was exceeded by several days. The courier said they had delivered and hadn't. The company didn't reply to my notifications of late delivery, or even no delivery. In fact they were deliver several days later and at the same time the company contacted me. They asked me to put my claim of non delivery in a letter? Even though I gave them all the info in an email. However as they had finally arrived I took no further action.
