The consistent quality and fit of the product is what makes the experience excellent.
The range of sizes available on the products I buy is also a key selling point for me and I suspect many other customers.

Let's make no mistake, K Swiss trainers should be more popular than they are. They are extreme quality, comfortable and I find their designs stylish. I have never had a gripe. Ok postage is a little slow from the continent but if you're willing to wait a week..

One of the show eyelets for the laces came off ( not stitched) Emailed and they requested pictures. Refunded the full amount all without any stress. Thanks

Never been let down purchasing KSwiss trainers.

Product quality is excellent only let down by the rubbish & no doubt cheap courier used (Evri) who delivered to the wrong address. Luckily I managed to retrieve the next day.

I ordered the shoes but they took 10 days to arrive and the tracking information wasn’t up to date or clear . The shoes are great though . Thanks J

Just what I wanted

Ordered 2 sizes as it wasn’t clear, took longer to come than what the website said, saying that, the size I picked was true to size. Still waiting for the refund on the pair I sent back over 2 weeks ago.

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers that were in stock on the 27th June I waited and waited for them to be delivered as I ordered them to goon holidays
They did not turn up until the 17th July after my holiday. This is very disappointing, I purchase all of my trainers K Swiss and normally they are delivered in days as mentioned when ordered. I am very disheartened by this and won't be ordering from K Swiss again, never had an apology or communication as to why there was a delay.

Delivery took a long time - almost two weeks and then in comparison to other brands like HEAD - the fit is very tight - there is no room for moving in the top. I Swiss charge fees for returning items too. Recommend HEAD products as they are a better fit. K Swiss are too tight/small even though standard medium size ordered which is fine coming from any other tennis brand.

Ordered a uk size 4.5 however they are very small fitting and so im disappointed with the pair of trainers, had them on once and they are very uncomfortable

First order was perfect, second order never made it to me and the courier left it somewhere out on the floor, no idea where? I have to get the credit card company to claim back

Great communication with you, and helpful advice on how to choose the correct trainers that I needed for playing Tennis .

I ordered for my holiday and they shipped on 26th June.
Evri the carrier said they had them on 2nd July. Then on 6th said they were misplaced,but would be delivered by 9pm on 7th.
Eventually delivered on the 17th without further communication. Half way through my holiday.

Replacement goods.

Awful. Took over 2 weeks to arrive then I couldn’t get a return label from the system and I took a further 3 days and several requests to get a response from your customer services. Still no refund yet.

Lovely trainers

Easy to order and a fairly swift delivery considering that customs needed to be cleared.

Delivery was very slow and as the trainers were too tight I then went through the returns process and it took 3 emails before I eventually received a return slip , plus I have also been charged a £ 5 return fee!! I’m still waiting for my refund… I will never deal with K Swiss again
