Hello! Honestly I ordered an bbokari plush because I wanted it and I ORDERED IT A MONTH AGO I'm honestly doubting if I got scammed or smth. dont recommend if you dont like waiting

The customer service is great! They always respond to your emails within 24 hours. I have ordered from them twice and got the items fast! I got some headphones and the right side was damaged. I emailed them and they got right back with me saying they will send another pair.

I ordered bts airpod max headphones January of this year they costed about 160+ dollars. I thought because I had bought the same product from them that it would come again with no issues. But then they deleted the page from their site and then proceeded to claim that is was shiped off when it was not, I had waited for months just for it to be a scam. This whole website is a scam you purchase something from them once they'll ship it but by the second time they rob you and offer no help and you can't refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM, ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS FAKE. THIS SITE WONT SCAM FIRST TIME BUYERS THEY SCAM BY THE SECOND TIME.

I ordered back in Aprilfor the 5 Star limited album and the skzzoo bundle. It still says order placed. I have not received an update and they never respond to any DMs or emails. Scam.

I had preordered a five star album back in may and when it was supposed to ship it didn’t, i contacted them about the situation and i was able to get a replacement album along with a free skzoo!! amazing costumer service.

I ordered the limited 5-star album back in May, expecting it around 2 weeks after its release. After around 3 weeks of waiting, I emailed them asking how long it would take to deliver, and they said in the next week, however, this did not happen.
This process was repeated twice more and after that, I emailed them saying I would like a refund. They asked if I would like to receive a standard album and a free skzoo (mind you, this was also included in the 5star limited deal, and I later found out these skzoos were unofficial). I just wanted my refund so I repeated my request. They did not address my reply and I decided to email them one more time telling them I would like my money back. They said they would send it back and after 2 weeks, it still had not been refunded.
I followed up with another email as well as complaints on their socials because it had been almost 4 months at that point, and they finally refunded the following week, explaining to me the reason why I did not get my Limited 5 Star album was that they could not fulfil some of their orders for it, as everywhere they looked for was out of stock.

I am not sure why they did not just contact me at the beginning that there were not enough Limited 5-Star albums and give me a refund then, but it was very unprofessional, I would 100% NOT recommend this store.

I ordered Maxident AirPods ver 2 and they were a defected pair. I reached out and said they were going to send me a new pair. However, no new pair was ever sent. I have since sent 2-3 emails acquiring about them and no response. Do not recommend using this store. Customer service is not great.

I’ve ordered from this shop multiple times and they never disappoint, they ship from south Korea but the packages always come fast! I definitely recommend this shop!

This is the worst kpop shop I’ve ever seen. I ordered 5 star limited edition and then they told me MONTHS later that it was sold out. Offered me one of the strandart editions and a skzoo plush. MONTHS later I asked when is it coming and they said they’d take care of it. MONTHS later a finally got a shipping code. 2 months later I finally got the package. I’m missing a skzoo. I paid for limited edition and a skzoo and I got a standard edition, that’s ok at least I’d get my leebit? No, only the album even tho they said that id have it. I’ll never enter that site again. Not a scam but it’s awfull.

I would put it as a one and half of a star.. but can't do that.. so I ordered from them LAST YEAR for Xmas. Packaged arrived at a good length but didn't have the right skzoos in it so I got in contact with them they said they would fix it it should take a little. Okay no problem... months went by nothing.. sent another message. They replied it will take a little longer they were having troubles okay yet again not a problem.. months went by. By this time it has been 6 months I got in contact again this time no word.. it has been almost a full year and still nothing and nothing on my missing skzoos.. so I finally sent a message for a refund of those two skzoos of course I got nothing. So here I am missing 2 skzoos writing this cause I had to go SOMEWHERE ELSE to purchase them

I pre ordered the Stray Kids albums a few weeks before they were released from KpopUni, the album came out on the 2nd of June and I gave them about 2 weeks? And then I emailed them asking where my albums where, I got a very generic reply telling me that there's been some issues and they'll be shipped out soon. This happened a few different times over June and July. Its now August and my emails are being ignored and I still have none of my pre ordered albums. Honestly, if you want to have your money stolen then order from them, but don't expect to get anything you paid for or any type of customer service.

NO STARS. Do not order from this website. They have products advertised on their page as if they are available which is most likely a lie and then when you ask about where your order is they message you WEEKS AND MONTHS later explaining that Oh… “products are out of stock”. Please save your money and order from somewhere that will actually fulfill your order. Also they do not give a flying f* about taking your money and never responding to you. Unless you like being disappointed and lied to, shop here! Woohoo!

insanely over priced and they sell a lot of unofficial merchandise. I went to check out Stray Kids five star album . they're charging $39.99 for ONE album and the same price (39.99) for their digipack which is literally supposed to be $12.99. seriously guys, go shop at Music Plaza. albums are around $20, I got mine for $18. they count towards billboard & stuff, and their point system and their freebies are amazing. I've never had a problem with them in all my years.

Don't trust the overly chipper reviews about this website. I ordered a Mute Boston Bag designed by V as a part of their artist-made collection, and its a counterfeight. I mean they literally shipped it from China, when it's supposed to be made in Korea. It could fool someone ignorant but the actual product is supposed to come in a box with the logo and stuff. the stitching is wonky, the patch on the inside is supposed to have one stitch on either side but it's stitched all around, the official tag isn't on it, the colour is more orange, and the bluish patches are more of a dark green. The material is alright and I'm glad I at least got sent a product but goddamn. Its literally criminal 😭

Ok this is my second time ordering something off the store, you would think I would learn my lesson but I didn’t. My package didn’t arrive for a whole month, and now the one that I ordered hasn’t arrived it’s been weeks. I’m tired of waiting day after day hoping that it would come, but of course it hasn’t. I sent them emails, no response, they don’t even put the date of when it’s going to arrive.

Ordered a pullover 3 months ago… still never got a package. They won’t even text me back after i sent them 3+ emails!!
