hoodie was really poor quality + print peels off really easily, not really what i expected (so just know it's not like the pictures)

Received my order after asking multiple times where it was.
It was supposedly shipped on February 6th or something when I bought the Stray Lids mystery box a whole month before. But it was still waiting to be picked up. They finally sent it at the beginning of March.
What to say about what’s inside… contrary to what they said, none of the products are official merchandises.
The best part is they did not even include the calendar but a cheap clock that is not even worth a dollar.
I feel scammed and if you’re here because you’re wondering if it’s worth it ? Trust me and run away!
When I bought it, the reviews on their website or here were great but I’m wondering if the 5 stars were actual buyers…

I orderd a buy three get one free, in january. Still havent gotten it.

I have made an order that supposedly was sent on Dec 4, still waiting for it. I have request for assistance in their mail and they’ve haven’t give me an answer of where is my order.

Looks like a scam. I placed an order on the 25th of November and got a mail about shipping on the 4th of December. Have not received anything after that. The tracking seems fake (still on “courier has to pick up the package”). No answer from the (so called) customer service.

I have placed three orders so far, while my experience has been mostly positive I did have a mix up with one order. I ordered a Maxident PC set and was sent the circus version. While I communicated that with the site and was told I'd receive the correct item, I've yet to. It's not the end of the world, the circus set is pretty, just would have liked to receive the correct item. I will continue to shop kpop uni.

I love all of the products I have gotten from here. They are very trustworthy and respond quickly when you have a problem.

They seem to be trustworthy and the products are to very promising. I just ordered the Straykids earbuds and hoping that they are the best. Haven’t received anything yet but the sells and goods I see are very tempting lol. We’ll write a better review when my products come in.

I already made 2 orders at this store and a was really surprised by how nice they are and also they are really honest. I ordered Headphones from them, but they did not work so they sent me new ones immediately. On the second order it did take a long time until they sent it to me, but they were honest about the fact that they had so many orders that they couldn't keep up. I love how nice they are!
