disappointing experience💔poor customer service,responses felt dismissed.the card that i had bought was extremely folded,even after opening it as carefully as possible due to the flimsy packaging.honestly expected better considering the price of a single card.dont come here if u dont want folded photocards.

the perfect kpop shopping experience 🤩

the atmosphere, soaked in KPOP music playing non-stop, the range of merchandise is crazy!!!!! they have absolutely everything i was finding for, what's best is that they are very affordable! now that i've found this store, it will be my go-to store from now on! they stock up really quickly as well, so fret not, always come to krmerch for the best kpop shopping experience. to highlight the service as well, top-notched. they were really friendly and we even had a good chat on our biases! we were really happy to be able to come to krmerch. can't wait to be back!!!

Rude and unfriendly staff at the counter.

Came to collect lightstick and realised that the packaging was damaged. Then I asked if I could change for another and the staff told me, “What for? You’re going to take the lightstick out anyways”

REALLY?? As if it wasn’t bad enough receiving my items with the box damaged, I’m being told to just take it with me since I was going to take the lightstick out anyways?? God forbid someone wanting to keep their lightstick in its original box instead of throwing it away.

Thankfully, after convincing her, I was able to switch it out and was told "Then take a new one yourself and pass it to me" with an attitude.

Also, bring your own batteries to test the lightstick out if you're collecting at the store. They will make you buy batteries from them instead of providing some to test it out.

i was really impressed when i stepped into the store. the range of products they have leaves me in awe. many of what this store has here cannot be found anywhere. they have really big range of merchandise from old releases to new merchandise. many are very rare and hard to find elsewhere. they also receive their new items so quickly, literally less than 24 hours of the release date. i'm always star strucked when i'm at the store. i also tried their delivery service and it was shipped out very quickly and received them in 2 days. overall a very great experience and would recommend!

Made 2 big purchases. The first one had a last item, a version of an album I could only find on 2 websites and decided to get it here, only for them to send the wrong one and now it's sold out in the other one as well :(( The second order did arrive complete tho.

I pre-order zerobaseone plushies from this shop. 2 keychains that were in stock and one which was a pre-order. They were supposed to send them at the same time. The next week I recommended this shop to my sister who decided to buy the same keychain as mine. Her was shipped right away but mine was canceled and refund even if I ordered 1 week before her. That was the first problem.

The second is that they refund me the two keychains but not the pre-order, but they didn't refund me a part of the shipping price (more you buy more the shipping price is expensive)

I paid 50$ shipping but if I only bought the pre-order the shipping price will be 30$. They refused to respond and refund me and I have no news of them since.

Honestly I don't recommended they are not honest and are stealing their international customers.

Company registration says Sweden but I doubt it very much. Swedes are far more efficient & reliable.
Item supposedly shipped from China but never received.
Original order made in early August with a 12 - 20 day delivery. Followed up around 20 days later, it hadn’t been dispatched. Promised it would be sent, tracking number eventually provided but item not delivered supposedly due to incomplete address (correct address had been supplied). Shipper has no contact details nor registered in NZ. Followed up MANY MANY times by email to the one address that is provided with but with no response. No other contact details available. Phone number provided also doesn’t work. It’s now late October and I’ve been ghosted!!!
Suspect major scam is at work here.

Lousy shop.. don’t accept nets payment. If wan contactless paywave payment, got to be above $150 then can . What if I don’t bring so much cash out?? Ridiculous shop. Won’t be back for sure !😡😡🙄🙄🙄

It was the first time that I ordered from them. I found some photocards that they sell because in my local kpop store it was sold out. So I was happy to found the pcs and the shipping to germany wasn’t expensive at all only 14€ (idk remember anymore) which for me was not a big deal. They except paying by Paypal and they shipped the package next day. After 1 week the package came and I didn't needed to pay tax. The Package was good packed up with bubble wrap and the pcs were in a toploader.

So I had a good experience with krmerch and I recommend from buying again👍🏻

Ordered from this company many times now. A bit cautious at first but they are 100% trustworthy. The shipping to the uk is considerably lower than it would be from other companies and we all love a good bargain. They carry hard to get ahold of items and you can even add company POBS to your pre order packaging is a simple box with bubble wrap however you can add a shipping box to your order for an extra £1, the albums may come with minor dents on the side possibly but that does not bother me. To go the extra mile I pre ordered the wrong version of a album with a simple message the album version has been changed. Shipping is tracked which gets you more exited when you see how close your album is getting to you(can take a while) but not too long! My order was processed the next day after being ordered. Hope this helps everyone

This is 100%trustworthy shop. They respond very quick to emails. The shipping prices are very very reasonable. I have spents lacs in INR over merch in last 1.5yrs (i have bought each & every every BTS album and merch) and i love my experience. I love my experience. There has been an exception though, hence 1 less star in rating.
Recently they cancelled my order on their own (probably coz they couldnt secure my order), what i dint like was that they cancelled it 4 weeks after the items went on sale. I ordered it during 1st preorder. And i dint receive any communication that they were not able to secure the item. Then there was a 2nd and 3rd preorder too. No emails that my item couldnt be secured. So naturally i would assume that my order is secured and i dint buy it from any other seller. They suddenly cancelled my order & refunded after 3-4 weeks. Had they informed in time then i would hav tried some other store. Still i am happy with my overall experience.

Item came as per order. Quality of the items were pristine too.
