Bought a TXT sweet mirage necklace for £14.22 last year October and it still hasn't arrived to this day. I should've clocked the red flag when the price was too good to be true and upon purchase they did not give a tracking number. Lol they haven't replied to my emails either... next time I will use trustpilot

Shopped from them once last year, it was fine— but I didn’t realize that the aniteez and skzoo are fake until after I placed my order. This year, I bought a skzoo and a hoodie in January and then they completely shut down their website, scamming me and so many others. A new website, Danjoo, was released and is now using the same pictures and false advertising videos as Kpopuni. Be careful and just buy your aniteez or skzoo from aliexpress instead.

I'm so mad, I placed an order mid mid-January, 6 months ago. I've sent emails and messages on their social media, but I never received any replies. Now their website is no longer available. I ordered multiple SKZ albums and SKZ lightstick. Has anyone gotten in touch with these people? What can we do? At the very least, can we get our money reimbursed?

I would give it zero stars, if it would let me. My daughter paid $73.56 of her own money on January 14, 2025 and never received her items.

When I tried to go on the website, it's not there. There is no way to reach anyone. They just scammed a little girl of her money the first time she bought something with her own money.

They should offer zero stars as a choice. I ordered two albums and spent a good amount of money. It has been about six months and I haven’t seen my merchandise, they have not responded to any of my emails and completely neglected their return policy, etc. etc. etc. COMPLETE UTTER TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Order a Stray Kids light stick in early January. Here we are in April and still no light stick, but they sure did charge me! And I'm pissed because I was really excited since it was on sale. Tried multiple times to get a hold of anyone to no avail. Scamners who did nothing but steal a lot of people's money from what I understand now.

I preordered the stray kids ate mystery box in September 2024 and I placed another order in December 2024 and never received either package but they did charge me. Scammers. They should be ashamed for scamming people.

Like many, I bought something in January when I received an email saying the website was shutting down and things would be going on sale. It is now mid March and I still have not received anything. The last time I bought something from this website, it was a JJOONGrami doll that took ages to come and I am pretty sure it is a knock-off the more I examine it, so it is my own fault for buying from them again. My only solace is that this time it was only $10 because I have not been able to get a refund.

I ordered about $100 worth of product from KPOP Uni on 1/31. On that date I received a confirmation email but no tracking number. I still have yet to receive any tracking information or information regarding how to cancel my order and get my money back from the company. I have tried emailing their support team but the emails bounce back as undeliverable. I have also attempted to contact via instagram and TikTok but they have not responded. I have been well and truly scammed by this company.

January 30th I ordered a lightstick, and it still hasn't arrived when I ask for a refund it doesn't work. Online it also says that the package has already been delivered but I never received anything. This is outrageous I will never shop here again. Bad customer service because I can't reach them

I placed my order January 25th it still says processing. I have contacted them half a dozen times for info and have gotten zero response. Do not buy from this site as it seems my money is just gone.

I made one order at them, in October 2024. One part was a pre-order, which would release early December. Other item was a hoodie. I got an order confirmation and received the hoodie about a month or so later. They say they sell official merch, but this definitely wasn't official! Clear knockoff with low quality. The pre-order CD I still haven't received, but my order status says completed. I tried to contact them many times, via email, their website, Instagram and even Tiktok. Never any response. My last emails I got the error they couldn't be delivered. Very sad, I was really looking forward to the album and it also wasn't cheap. Now it seems like they are closing shop as they stated in an email. Seems like a scam to me, don't order here. Shame I could only pay via Ideal, with Paypal I could have had a shot at getting my money back at least :(

I've ordered twice from this website with no issues other then never getting a tracking number and slow to ship.
This time I pre-ordered the stay Rockstar box with the air buds bundle. Money was taken from account but received no confirmation email - sent a query which was answered grand. That was back in May, the shipping date was mid-late December so I thought I'd get it late January due to Christmas/New Year and Chinese New Year still no sign of it and the order still says processing on my account so there is no tracking number at all. The start of this month I sent a query on the website asking for an update, left it a few days and heard nothing so I contacted them on their Instagram page, no reply. I'm after sending another query on the website but I'm not even sure if it's sent as when I clicked submit the screen went white and a single 0 appeared on the top left of the screen. I can see why people are calling it a scam, I've no way now to ask for my money back as their methods of communication are either not working or I am being ignored.
Context of order. Ordered May 11th first query sent May 16th to which I received a reply.
Next query sent at the start of Feb, Instagram message sent 5th of Feb. No answer to either. Last query sent this morning 22-02 no reply as of yet.
Think I'll stick to the official sites from now on instead of so called fan sites

I, just like many others, got scammed. I've made an order 2 months ago and it's been a month I've been asking information about it. No one answered and I think I got blocked by both emails and number since they're not even receiving my emails anymore.

I bought an lightstick v2 since 21 January but it says cancelled and i tried many times to contact them but they just keep ignoring me, i havent got my money back.

UPDATE: they blocked me and they are stopping the shop, the most biggest scammers ever

ANOTHER UPDATE: they closed the website so luckly they cant scam more people.

I have placed 2 orders and have not received the items. I have contacted them via Insta, FB, Website and Email and have had no response. For anyone else waiting on orders, I recommend disputing the transaction to try and get a refund as soon as possible. Something isn't right and they are now scamming people.
