Habe Mitte Januar etwas bestellt und auch eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten, aber bis heute keine Ware! Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert und die Kontaktaufnahme über die Homepage funktioniert gar nicht! Habe das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt und den "ASK YOUR QUESTION"-Button geklickt und nichts passiert!

Scammers. At least send me my order, refund me, or respond to my numerous attempts in communication? So many people are waiting for you to answer. At least try!

I had a bizarre experience with them. Preordered a Stay Box - Nov.2024. Paid. Order confirmed. Decided I wanted a sweatshirt and Uno. Ordered not even a week later. Paid. No confirmation. Emailed - they responded. Something wrong with orders. They will reprocess and send me a gift for the issue. I received my money back from them and they reissued the invoice for the items thru PayPal 11/26/24. They were super responsive and helpful up to that point. Then they went radio silent. No more responses. No order updates. Tried thru email, PayPal, IG, nothing. Sent all my email attempts, the full shebang thru PayPal disputes and got my money back. I do not understand their scam but don't order here - such a hassle for nothing.

I ordered an enhypen hoodie 2 months ago and it still says that the order is being processed.
I have wrote so many inquiries but none of the emails have been replied.
I WANTED A REFUND BUT THEY HAVEN'T ANSWERED ME IN MONTHS.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM, BUY FROM WEVERSE OR OTHER OFFICIAL SHOPS...

i have been waiting an order for very long time. i ordered a wolfchan of stray kids on november 26 2024, and i’m still waiting it. They neither answer me! very bad experience

I highly do not recommend this seller. I made 3 orders from them, one pre-order. I only received one from them and it was nothing special, just fake stuff. It says on their website that they have original products.
Two other orders did not reach me, I tried to contact them but no response. You can't send any message to them via their website, it gives you an error, and you can't unsubscribe from them because their website has an error. But you can get the money back for your orders, you just have to report it to your bank. I did that and got my money back!

I pre-orderd a stray kids cd. Recieved a mail. Something went wrong. So i get a refund and a new offer for ordering. its been 30 days now. No refund or order. Several send mails, no response.

Appalling service - they rarely reply to emails chasing orders. My order never arrived and they are ignoring my refund requests. They have now appeared to have blocked my email address. I am furious and my daughter really wanted the product for Christmas and now they have stolen the money from me.

I placed an order 08/27/24 and it is currently 12/29/24… It has been four months and I have not received my package and on the cite it still says processing. I have sent out NUMEROUS emails from September till now about my package and they even said they would ship it out before the holidays. However, I have not received any tracking number or any other update. I even tried to see their refund policies and it says that page is down… This site is nothing but RED FLAGS do not buy from them please. I’m begging you save you money.

Selling "official" merchandise, for official prices, and then send fake lookalikes straight from AliExpress.
Ordered a SKZOO with 50% discount, and took screenshots from the order. First of all I had to ask several times for a trackingnumber, and when I finally got my package, after 6 weeks, I got a fake SKZOO. It doesn't even look like the SKZOO on the screenshots I took. And the trackinglabel even showed the return address of the AliExpress collecting warehouse in The Netherlands....

I've sent an email, asked for a solution, and sent a daily "friendly" reminder.... But no response or anything.

Don't order from these scammers. No order confirmation, no products, no tracking ID. Just promises that it will come. Waiting on a refund, and a sad kid at x-mas.

Ordered in September. Still have not received after multiple emails.

my order (which i placed on 16/10/24) took 19 days to ship (first red flag, shipped out on 04/11/24) and then it arrived today (13/11/24) after a week and a few days (fair game). i had to pester them to ship it out and give me my tracking number (red flag number 2). i opened the package today and i was greeted with a disgusting smell, and the plush i ordered (aespa plushie) was a FAKE! it had no tags or anything to signify its official although they advertise them as official. do not order from them, they will scam you!

Order was placed 4 days ago. No confirmation email. I go to sign in on website today and doesn't recognise my password. Nothings changed from 4 days ago. Anyways I click on 'forgot password' for a new link and low and behold... No email was sent. I go back on website to try again and now when I click on Log In it directs me to 'Web server is down', and yet rest of the page is working perfectly where you can still add items to basket and place an order. And yet unable to log online to check your orders. Bit iffy if you ask me. This order would have been lost if I hadn't taken a screen shot of order on my phone and paid it via 3rd party (clearpay).

I tried contacting them through the website where filled in form to ask for update on order and believe that never went through, I did this several times and each time had a waiting symbol on repeat like it was struggling to send a short message :/ so this I took to checking their Instagram and tiktok account and amount of people past and present that have had problems with this company is baffling... even in past 3 days 2 people on tiktok have mentioned they've recieved no email confirmation. There was someone who stated they still waiting on something they ordered 3 months ago 😱 I don't expect to wait months on end for my items (if I get them at all) - so contacted the merchant I used to pay for items and started up a dispute. Hopefully they'll be able to get in contact with this company as seems its a mission as a customer to hear back from them. In future I'll be doing some back ground checks on companies like this. Feels like some sort of conning going on. If wasn't for keeping track and taking screenshot of order that would have been money thrown down the drain. No email confirmation rings alarm bells. They might state they've not reviewed any order, I call BS as when I made the order I signed up to the website and was working absolutely fine. I was able to check my account that showed my order. And now can't sign into it at all now. Somethings defo fishy with this company. Those who recueved their order were lucky and rare from sounds of it.

Just got my BTS photocard set and it’s perfect! Shipping was pretty quick too. I love KpopUni, and I’ll be ordering again soon.

I made a order on May. June-july came and nothing. I have to cancel because was a present. I just ask for the credit to my cr card. I send severals texts and no answers. October came and nothing.
Good luck if you buy from this company. NO luck for me.

I have been waiting 3 months for some photo cards and then 2 months for the Stray Kids ‘ATE’ album. All I’ve received is the free “SKZOO” but it’s definitely not legit. I have been emailing constantly for an answer but I either get ignored or get told that it’s ’waiting shipment’. It does not take MONTHS to get items shipped. I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes of this business but it’s shady af. Spend your money on a different site who actually cares about you as a customer. Kpopuni… do better. If I don’t receive my items soon, I will be taking further action.
