All good on my side I do not understand the reviews

J'ai commandé 2 fois et à chaque fois pas le bon coloris pas le bon article et pas possibilité d'échange et de renvois pour remplacer les articles non commandé et recevoir ceux voulus. Ils répondent à 1 ou 2 mails qu'ils vont faire le nécessaire puis plus rien. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site car en cas de problèmes rien ne sera fait pour palier à ça.

After ordering a prerelease CD it took 3 follow up emails to finally get the item dispatched. Their communication is appalling and so is there service. The CD was meant to come with a free gift which was meant to be shipped separately but again this took another 3 or 4 emails to get it sent. They also didnt supply tracking until i requested and this clearly showed neither item was sent until I made numerous enquiries. Avoid this website at all costs. Just find another site to purchase from. They just Suck

The package took almost two months to arrive. The contact email service they provide never looks at it. Contact from the website fails and often they don't respond. There have been problems from the first moment I bought and when I wrote to them to fix it I only got one response and it wasn't helpful. I made the mistake of recommending the site and I regret it. The price may be good but it's not worth it in the long run because it causes more problems than it helps. I give a star because I can't do the valuation without giving stars.

I took over 50 days for my package to arrive. I contacted the support a lot of times and the only thing they said was “it is on its way”. It came to me, but it is not okay to let it take over 50 days. I am so disappointed. Some other things make me believe that they sent a new package after 35 days because a got a new tracking number and the status of my package changed.

Deleivered wrong size and never reacted to my mails to find a solution.

I will never again purchase at this "company". Should have known better.

I ordered three aniteez plushies that had a ''discount''. I did receive them however they are not official plushies and they did not come with a photocard as stated or shown in their instagram posts.
Quality of plushies is okay.
Oh and they delete every comment I write on their instagram mentioning that the plushes are not official.
I'm glad I didn't pay full price for these.

At first I was a little worried as the site stated "no orders made" but after contacting them I was told it was received & being processed, I hope Ha-yoon gets the recognition they deserve as they're doing a great job. I received my order with 12 days of placing it, the ears on the Leebit are a little wonky but I expected some imperfections, to the naked eye they're excellent & I love them! Might have to get myself some more soon..

Ordered on 9th June, still haven’t received my order. I messaged them on 20th June, they told me my order is already in the shipping process & they’ll give my tracking number soon. They didn’t actually ship my order until 4th July!!! Never ordering from them again.

I have only had disappointing experiences with KpopUni. I am still waiting on items ordered in March and a pre-order from February. The March order was only partially shipped. I have emailed the company 4 times. The first time I had a quick reply. The last email I sent (2 days ago) only mentioned the pre-order item, not the missing items. I was given a tracking # for the pre-order but no carrier info and the company website often does not work d/t security issues. The merch I HAVE received is clearly not authentic/official but I knew that when I decided to give them my money. The quality is hit or miss. Unfortunately, it is WAY more miss. Buyer beware!!!!!

ordered from KpopUni kinda on a whim without checking reviews first. When I saw the mixed reviews later, I got a bit worried. But honestly, my experience was great! Got my package in like 10 days and their support team was really helpful. Special thanks to Hayoon at the support team – he deserves a raise!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star, the service from this "company" is disgraceful. I ordered 2 pieces of ateez 'merch' back in april and I had waited and waited for updates. I emailed them about 6 or 7 times and only had a response to the first time and then they completely ignored me, I messaged their Instagram and they ignored me. It took until I commented on their Instagram posts to get a response where I was told they acknowledge my complaints and did nothing and they'd shipped it then and I'd have it within 10 days, I received my tracking code and that was it. It's been 10 days now and I have yet to receive my items. I advise you all not to buy from here it's disgusting. Alot of the merch is all fan made cheap stuff aswell, only the albums of you're luck to get them are real, at least I think anyway

I’m honestly so disappointed. I’ve been sending out emails or asking for updates on where my order is, but I get no response at all. They say sorry for the delay but then that’s all. It’s been 53 days since I ordered and they haven’t sent out anything. The website shows that it takes 40 days maximum. And they told me they’d give me the tracking information on Monday and it’s Wednesday. I was asking and emailing why they still haven’t sent it and I got no response. Please do not order from this website. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM

I've ordered fan merch for over 120 Euro for my daughters birthday on May 2nd. I haven't gotten a tracking number yet.
It took three mails over two weeks for one to even be answered. Cheap excuses and still nothing has been sent.
I'll get my money back via my finance institute.

Ordered several items from these months ago, received one of the items but not the remaining 3, asked for an update multiple times and initially received generic responses and then they just started to ignore me altogether, would not order from them again!

I made an order on 11/2023. Totally paid 70$. Still not receive my product or refund until now. Kpop uni is a scam!

Confirmed order, took payment, still no item 2 months later, and would not respond to requests for status of order!

SCAMMERS ! THEY DON'T SHIP ORDERS !

I've order off this site twice and while they are slow to ship(and update on the order ) I've gotten everything in decent order.
There was a mix up with my 2nd order I had ordered the deal of two stay boxes together but only received one so I messaged them on the site and they got back to me within a day about the mistake and within a week I had received my 2nd box. Everything in the boxes were perfect and there was no damage.

DO NO BUY FROM THEM, I ordered 2 items from their site on November 2023 but I had no update for a month, then they made me believe that they would send my order only to cancel one item (I found out because I saw it on my bank account but they didn't even bothered to inform me), now I have sent dozen of email to get a refund for the second item, they finally responded and told me they refunded me and that the money would appear to me in a few days but I am still waiting and I don't know if they're telling the truth. Note that the first item was already sold out and that they didn't even have the stocks for the second item when I bought from them but of course there was no indications on their site.
