We ordered the 5 star stay box in november as a christmas present for our doughter. We have been promised many times to recive a tracking number but lately they wont even answer us.

I pre-ordered a skz Rockstar box in November, it's March and i still haven't received anything. They keep saying "Yes, we are currently in the process of shipping the RockStar Stay Boxes.
We apologize for the delays.
Once shipped, tracking number will be given."

I ordered a gift for my sister for Christmas and they just never sent anything. When someone finally responded to my many emails they assured me it was an error and it would be shipped soon and it still hasn't been. Now they are ignoring my emails.

First fime buying on this site! I saw a lot of negative, but also positive reviews. So I gave it a try. At first I was scared, because I didn’t recieve a mail after maybe 20 days. I sent them a message back. Luckily they responded in less then 12 hours with my tracking code! And after 4 days, my package arrived safe and sound!

The online experience was great. The item quality is also very good .

It’s genuinely a scam, saw on tiktok so I preordered the limited edition rock star album and haven’t received it. They refuse to answer anything, if you go on the site there are just error codes for the terms and conditions and refund policy. I’ve lost £60 odd pounds for this and am gutted.

I pre-ordered one of every of the Stray Kids Rock Star albums and I was supposed to receive one free SKZOO for every album for a total of four SKZOOs. However, I only received one SKZOO. My albums were shipped in two different packages, and the SKZOO in a third. I've contacted KPOP Uni multiple times via email (I have no other way to contact them) and they have not even replied once to date. Not very happy with the service due to this reason. I'm still owed three SZOOs given that all four albums should get a free SKZOO. Really disappointing considering the amount of money I spent (approximately $450 CAD).

I didn't receive my package.

This is a fake fraud.

I received my order in two weeks and I live in Poland which is far away. I got what I ordered I'm very happy 😊. I cried almost all day because when I saw the reviews that it's a scam but it is all fake! I got my all order I'm really happy 😁.

These are the real criminals and I'm not kidding, because after spending 53 dollars, instead of the treasured album, I received a Chinese toy. And I understand that I myself fell for this lie after watching the video on TikTok, but I hope the people who read my review will never will buy anything from them and not fall into this trap. At first they answered me and everything seemed to be fine, but if you read and double-check the order again, you can see the pitfalls, and these are real scammers... don’t be fooled by positive reviews, don’t think that those who write bad things simply don’t know what they’re talking about and these are just minor problems we have, these positive reviews are a deception to give you hope that after all these are not scammers....

I swear I didn’t receive a tracking number I just received the product number and it’s fake it’s giving me delivered but I didn’t receive anything and the customer service are not answering any emails

I placed my pre-order with Kpopuni after having an awful experience elsewhere. I ordered the new Stray Kids Rockstar album limited star version. I was really worried when I saw the reviews on here but I had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish.
I ordered a month perfore release (10th October), 10th Nov release day, 13th Nov I had an email saying my order was complete and has been sent, 21st Nov my order came through the door and Im so happy. A turn around of 11 days is amazing!!!
I also got my free skzoo that came seperate but now has a place next to my albums. I contacted support when my skzoo didn't arrive with my album and they replied in less than 24hrs, quick and polite replies. Would happily buy from them again.

I ordered a BTS Suga Inspired Yellow tinted glasses on 23 September 2023. Payment was done. As soon as payment was done I received an e-mail thanking me for my order. I was given an order Number. A few days later I tracked my order. To my surprise, the website said the order was delivered in July 2023. It seemed that my order didnt exist. I contacted Kpopuni and somebody replied saying he/she would check the status of my order. The next day I received an email saying that my product was damaged during shipment and to choose another product. I replied to the person and since then NO RESPONSE. I am VERY disappointed and regret having tried that website. I lost my money and I would NEVER RECOMMEND such a website.

I ordered the new stray kids rockstar (postcard version) album which cost me €138.
Instead of giving me what i paid for they send me a Skzoo....

Got the Rockstar album a week after release and the free skzoo a few days after. Thank you!

I received my Stray Kids orders late but it's understandable.
The important thing was the products I received were worth it. Their customer service was very friendly and responded within 24 hours which was actually great. I will definitely reorder again. I'm just hoping that they will also offer Blackpink Merch like the Plushies or Albums as well. I'm a big fan though.

I bought one of the 5 star albums and a skzoo back in may as a pre order. It is now November and I have not received my album and have emailed many times about it with heaps of lies being told to me. I’m disappointed and had to spend another 150 or so dollars rebuying all of the 5 star albums.

Wish there was a zero star rating. This site is a scam. They do not send your order but charge your card. I had to dispute the charge to get reimbursed. After that, credit card number stolen! Weird coincidence? 6 weeks after I placed my order and no response from them. Scam website.

Ordered 5 star album. Contacted costumerservice, they offeret a skzoo as compensation for the late delivery. Never recieved the skzoo, contacted custumerservice again after 2 months, with the same offer, again, never recieved the skzoo. After 4 months I ask for my 59.9 $ back, now they havent replied for 2 months... scam. Dont order from kpopuni!
