Great customer service
After placing my order, there was a delay with the delivery. When I called to chase, Becky split the order and arranged for the items in stock to be sent next day. The remainder of the order was again delayed, however when I emailed to chase, Becky sent the items that were then in stock and the remaining item was cancelled and refunded. I then returned 2 items for a refund which was actioned promptly. Notwithstanding the delays with delivery, the customer service was fast, friendly and focused on providing the best possible outcome for me. Overall an excellent service provided by Becky which was very much appreciated. I'll be ordering again!

Don’t waste your money on this place
Bought the items Saturday paid extra for 24 hour tracked. Says it was sent to Royal Mail on Wednesday still not been delivered on Thursday. This was for my son’s birthday! I will never order again!!!

Late Order
I ordered some holiday items from Kitlocker. My order was confirmed with an expected delivery date of 4th-5th Sept but the order has only just been dispatched (7th Sept) and I go on holiday tomorrow so my order won't arrive in time. I've had to purchase the items from elsewhere, and will now have the hassle of having to return the Kitlocker order when I get back from my holiday. Took a gamble with this order as I had never heard of the company. My gamble did not pay off!!

Order delay
I placed an order 8 days ago, 10494424, checked in on the order 5 days after placing it and I was told it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It was not. I called 48 hrs later and was told it may be dispatched withing 24 hrs. It has not been dispatched and now I have waited 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and no one has picked up the phone. This is a new contract with our school and I will be feeding back to the school. The customer service is poor and attitude quite frankly also rather poor.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. The shorts I ordered were perfect for my son. He especially needed zipped side pockets which they had.

Sizing inconsistent, delivery slow, service terrible
The sizing is inconsistent - in some cases adult size S is enormous and others tiny. Delivery takes weeks. Returning items that are badly sized is a difficult process. The website doesn't work well - my order was not shown. No one responded to my email. If I am able to exchange I will have to incur further charges for postage.
