Ordered two raincoats for my boys, promised delivery on 24 September. They still haven’t arrived and there’s been zero communication.
Trying to contact them is almost impossible — no one to speak to and no useful response.
It looks like a third-party company relying on Nike to supply and deliver their stock. My advice: go directly to Nike and avoid the hassle.
Very disappointing service. 👎

It does look as though the XL Kids rain jacket is late arriving from the manufacturer, as it was ordered from them the day that you placed the order. We will continue to work with the manufacturer to get this with us as soon as possible.
It looks as though your order was split down yesterday to release one of the jackets, and we'll email you once that, and the other jacket has been shipped out with the relevant tracking information to follow.

I’ve placed two orders with Kitlocker…
I’ve placed two orders with Kitlocker using Apple Pay, and unfortunately on both occasions I’ve had to contact customer service to find out when my order would be delivered.
The website gives an estimated delivery date, so I would normally expect to receive some sort of notification once the order has been dispatched. On my first order I didn’t receive anything, including in my junk folder, so I contacted customer service and was told that the picking team were running behind schedule. To their credit, they upgraded my postage, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened with my second order and I again had to get in touch to find out what was happening with the delivery.
Customer service have been helpful when I’ve contacted them, but having the same issue twice is the reason I’ve given 3 stars. Both orders were paid for using Apple Pay, so I’m not sure if that has any effect on the order process at their end, but it may be worth looking into.
